Dear Sir/Madam

I have bought a Samsung CRT TV on 26.11.2007 with model number CS29Z50MVTLXTL and serial number 08843PAPA00316R from the dealer Shah Electronics, Chandanagar, Hyderabad.

The product had a switching on problem for which we contacted the Samsung Authorised Service Center - "Prem Electronics" at Kukatpally, Hyderabad. They took the television set on 31.10.08 and returned on 8.11.2008

After we checked it for a while, the picture tube has diffused and gone completely blank. I am sure that they have tampered with the product and might not have installed a genuine new picture tube (as claimed by them). Also, the earlier problem of "switching on" was not rectified and moreover the 'easy view' option was not working (this particular set comes with that option).

The service center owner claims that they have installed a new picture tube (without informing us about it). When I have asked for an explanation the service center owner was so arrogant that he said "you go and complain wherever you like to" and refused me to show the proof that they installed a new picture tube. With such characters in the Samsung team, I am sure that the reputation of the company is in jeopardy and you are set to lose valuable customers. I am really depressed with such an attitude of the service center personnel.

Ultimately what I want from you is to take stern action on the said service center owner Sridhar and the technician Rajnikar Reddy and show us the proof that the picture tube installed is indeed a brand new one and also a confirmation that the set's circuit has not been tampered with.

I am actually satisfied with the original product itself, but after the repair has been done by Prem electronics, I seriously doubt if genuine Samsung parts were installed in it, reason being the screen went blank after a couple of hours. If you could help me in confirming if the replaced parts are original, I would keep the set with me. Otherwise, I would like to return the set and request you to refund me the entire money.

Dear Sir/Madam

This is my second complaint on the dealer Prem Electronics at Kukatpally, Hyderabad - after the service center personnel attended the TV for the third time and repaired, the picture tube went blank again in an hour and now we seriously doubt if the personnel are competent enough to repair something, they do not even understand what the problem is !! After this incident, we have decided to return the set and request you for a complete refund of the amount.

The TV set has been taken to the headoffice last week (13th November 2008) and the technicians have performed the repair of the TV set and say that the set is fine and there is no problem as such. Even after the repair has been done, we do not have any confidence on the service center owners claim about the new picture tube set, I either need the proof that the part installed was a new one or I wish to return the set and request for a complete refund. An employee from Samsung (T. Mahender Reddy) taking the side of the Prem Electronics has bluntly refused to show the proof. He also promised to give an extended warranty of another three months (from the date of expiry of the original warranty) and also stated that he would replace the set in case any problems with the set repaired crop up again within those 3 months period of extended warranty. But, as a consumer I have the right of information on the TV set purchased by us. He (Mahender Reddy. T) is plainly denying to show us the proof that the installed picture tube was indeed a new one and a genuine Samsung part ordered from Samsung India. After this experience, I would never want to buy any product from Samsung!!

Samsung Split AC's — Service center refusing to service

This is to inform you that SAMSUNG India claims to give service on products while we buy them and the service centers refuse to service the AC or provide AMC.

We are a consulting company and have 4 split AC units in our office. These were bought and installed by Ice Cool one of your distributors.We have been regularly having trouble with the service providers (Ice Cool) as they do not attend to the complaint within 48 hrs and it is difficult as an office cannot be run without AC. Hence we decided to look for a new service provider in Andheri (West) forseeing that being based in Andheri would help the service provider to attend to our complaint immediately. We contacted Sai Enterprises for the AMC Mr Chetan who happens to be the manager there mentioned that they will not service our Acs as the position in which the machines are kept is not right. My question to him was Ice Cool is a dealer from who we have purchased the units and they have fixed & serviced it for last 2 yrs suddenly y the position change?????

How can a service provider refuse to provide service?
Why is the company registered on the customer care list if it fails to provide solutions?

Infact the company employee had the cheek to tell me go back to Ice Cool.... As a Consumer i have the right to choose a service provider.

Need Help its been a week going from one vendor to another but no solution.

How can i explain you about my complaint, In Your Quality Deptt., Service Centre and finally Customer care are all working for increase costing of your co.Not include this deppt also top managers are rediculious.VERY-99 POOR OR DISGUSTING feedback from mobile samsung deppt. I had purchased your 3rd quality mobile set. Model no is L700.After passing 1 month mobile & Battary facing problem with overheating.I went your service centre in rohini.He took my phone for 10-15 days after they replaced my battary.In the next day the problem is same as.I again visited your service centre they logg another compliant.no.WA[protected].In the mean time i also logg complaint in your customer care.My complaint no.is [protected].I met service incharge mr. vikas overhere.They assure me that my product will be repaired soon and he commited me to returnback on 15 days. I allready sent you 1-2mails in your samsung co.I am too frustated abt your processes.On 25 Nov. when i tried to call service incharge Mr. vikas (Switch off).Service centre no (Switch Off).When i call back to your customer care Mr. amit (executive) on another side assure me to call back within 24 hours.And also he gave me the no. of your regional manager Mr. Sumit.But he is not pick my phone.on 25 Nov & 26 Nov.What i should do i will go to consumer court. If I Cann't get any positive responce in your side within 48 Hours.

i bought a samsung s3310 which was good when i use starting... as that time i was using tata do co ma and while using for me if i switch off the cell and on agian the messages r cmg ... so many times i gave complaint to do co mo custmer care... no response so buyed new airtel sim in that also it repeated the same... so i found out that it is fault of samsung so i gave them they took and installed software and gave back but again i got the same complain... when i gave they again installed i got frusturate d and scolded them at that time they changed ma mother board last week but also it is repeating ...


so frnds pls dont buy samsung it really sucks... no service nothing
and in samsung corby also there is a problem that u will recieve oone message more than 10 times so plzzzz dont buy

I regret on the unpredictable happening with samsung flat LCD tv, purchased an year ago, may 09, 2009. The LCD was functioning properly and one fine day we saw a line running on the top end. We are totally confused as now only we could not view any picture and could see squares in the monitor.

We wish to seek a permenant solution as why this happened and the investment made on your brand has gone vain.

my complain no is [protected]. I bought LCD TV last 6 Months back .My lcd have screen display related problem .i have complain at 08 /06 /10 at service center but no progress till date. excuses are made every time i quire about my complaint . even every time they claim about the responsbility of company, give the blame on company.
regarding to delay in service, every time they give excuse about "pending " problem .
can any body tell me what is pending problem ?
and who is responsible for this / is it company or service center .
about 45 days are passed .neither they are giving date till which they can repair my LCD TV.
so plz take seriously my problem and plz give response as soon as possible .

With respect I have to say that I have made complaint in Customer Care that my split ac is not working properly next day one engineer come to me to see my Split AC.After checking my Split AC he told me that your AC Compressor is not working you please send your machine to our Service Station. When I ask from that person only Compressor is not working or any another part is damage or not.That person told me that Only your Split AC Compressor is not working.It is in warranty period it will be changed. When I send the machine to your service centre on dated 19.07.10 In sevice centre they told me that compressor is not in stock.It will come 15 to 20 days in our service centre.After 3 days pass one lady done Ph in my cell No from Service Station at that time I was attending meeting in Patna to puchaseing Film to screen in my CINEMA HALL.She told me that your machine vulve is also damage.Sir, I want to say that when I ask from your engineer at that time he told me that your machine Compressor is not working.Sir, then how I can belive that my Split AC machine vulve is damage.Sir, I want to say that already I am using 2 window AC in my CINEMA HALL of your COMPANY.Which was purchase from PARIKH SALES 1 in 2007 & 2nd

samsung corby mobile phone — More than 15 days.Still No Response.Dissatisfied with the delayed Service-

My SAMSUNG Mobile Handset which I bought on 19th Aug 2010, showed multiple defects
just after 2 months o[censored]se. The Touch Screen was not working, Speaker not working.

I gave it for repair in Samsung Service Center at BHUBANESWAR address mentioned below but it has been more than 15 days now and still they say that the Speaker is not in stock. I am not sure how many days it takes to get the stock. Its really frustrating by now to call up Service Center frequently and get the same response every time. I am facing hell lot of problem due to the inconvenience.

Being a lady its not that easy to run every time to the Service Center and check the status.

Please help or let me know whom to reach to get this done.

Samsung — No proper response from customer care & authorised service centre

Poor response to complaints registered by customer care and bad servicing and followup by authorised service centre.Even after several reminders, there is no information about the technical person visiting for checking the unit and to rectify.
