[Resolved] Samsung — RELUCTANCE OF SERVICE CENTER TO REPAIR DVD PLAYER
I had bought Samsung DVD player model no. P365H in year 2006 and it was not much used till date. Now it is not working and same was reported to samsung authorized service center in Udaipur, Rajasthan. After taking 1 week time the service center people told its card is faulty and replacement charges are very high, better you buy new one. As far my knowledge company's authorized service center should be equipped with all skills & resources to repair their products.Instead of replacing the complete card they should repair the particular fault. Also if they are unable to repair at their end they should send it to their HO/Company for further diagnosis and repair.
With such poor relaibility how consumers can stick to that brand where products are designed for just 'Use and Throw' concept. I am really disappointed with this experience and afraid to buy and branded product in near future.
