I had buy new mobilephone nokia 3600 slide black in colour imei no:[protected], after an month phone was not working properly and I went to nokia care in siliguri and they say it will take time thenagain I went after 15days they said that your phone has ben sent to delhi it will come after a week then I went back to my house then again I went after 15days again they say it will take time then I made phone call to nokia bangloor and these sad serious plz night for 48 hours we provide update after 48 hours again I call them they said sir you phone is ready in siliguri when I went there they said youre phone is radey and company has replaced a new phone to u when I saw the phone it was old and used phone and the imei no was [protected] and it was maroon colour I want to say what the hell going in nokia company they take new and replaced with old phone what I sepose to help me sir thanks my mo no[protected]

I have bought a LG Intellocook model-MC-8087ARH. The customer service people gave explanation for just 5 min abt the buttons and just said that the KIT vessels can be used for abt 25 mins. For further explanations they asked me to attend cookery class. But they refused to give me a date for cookery class in a week. so I tried to cook idlis in the LG KIT Idli maker . the time I set was 4 mins in microwave 570 watts, but to my disappointment the lid and the nobe were burned and disshaped. Now I want a replacement for the idly maker and a proper explanation abt the timings for each item in the LG KIT( which is not said in the manual either). Pl do the needful, becos we bought LG for its quality but we are not satisfied with the customer assistance.
