[Resolved]  Samsung — Complaint for not installing the new microwave oven

I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven on 18/01/2008 from Shakshee Electronics ,Anna Nagr ,Chennai,India .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing the Oven and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than a week.
Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care.If I have to wait for 10 days for a new installation Iam really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!!.

Please help Us !!!!

Samsung — No action against 8407591305

Hi Sir/Madam,

I logged this request on 27th June .
I was assured that an engg will visit by the same day.

It has been 4 days since then but none of the engg came .

I am calling daily at least twice since then but still there is no response from SAMSUNG.

This is really dishearting to see that the MNCs like SAMSUNG are playing so dirty.
I bought a 1 ton Samsung AC from Sector 18 Noida on July 1, 2008.
Immideately on installation we found that it was making noise and the cooling was not good.Samsung sent a technician and they found that it was a case of defective installation and the gas had leaked.The company put some padding under the base and recharged the Gas.
This season we found that the AC was not cooling and it was again making noise. Complaints were lodged with Samsung Customer care on June 22 and 27th and we were assured that a mechanic would come the next day. on 27th June we were told that one MR Ramesh would visit . Todate no one has come.The complaint is pending since 10 days now.
Tomorrow the AC will go out of warrantry and when I lodged a fresh complaint I was told by the Okhla service centre that I would be charged for Reinstallation and Gas Charging

The product has not performed since installation. Samsung has visited my home thrice . Now they do not visit because they want to go out of warranty. The service superviosr Mr Sanjeev at Okhal Mobile no [protected] does not pick up his phone.

If this is not deficiency of service and harassment then what is.

Will some one wake up and rectify the defect or do I have to take this to the Consumer Forums.

Samsung — no responce after complain registered 8410551520

i have asked so many times to the customer service to repair my TV (TPCS21A7308LBQ1) They have given me the complain register no.[protected] )20/06/09, after that no body has responded.

one person has reported at site on 20/06/09 and told parts to be replaced. my tv is under warantee and expiring by 12/08/09. No one has came after that I don't know why they are not taking care of my complain.

I have tried so many times to customer care but nobody has responded.

kindly suggest what to do.
I have purchased Samsung Microwave oven from Thailand few years ago.Recently some how we lost Roller Ring.We are unable to get at Hydera Bad.Will you please suggest the place where we will get it at what cost? So we can use our Microwave oven.

I am from palakkad, , I bought tv from nandilath electronics palakkad model no 21k445 dated 4.2.2009.after one week the sound went off..when contacted service center they said no people is here and they will be available only after 5 days..it happened on june 3rd..next was on july 2.. till no mechanic attended..the dealer also said no service person is available for samsung..I am intending to go and fight incourt..
I have purchased a samsung A/C. from the RPG Electrade Pvt. Ltd at D-77, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017, on 29.06.09 is not working since installation and the engineer called up on me for the third time in the past Seven days in order to repair our Samsung A/C and their engineer was unable to carry out the repair once more, yet it is still not in working condition. I am really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!.

What about current "customer-centric" concepts such as One-to-One marketing? Or, have them ever heard of customer relationships management (CRM)? At least they need to Show Some Customer Loyalty, to the Customer Who Shows You A High Brand Loyalty.

We would like to inform you that we brought an new Samsung home theatre system(Model:HT TZ315T), through Ramvel computers& electronics, 100 feet road, coimbator-12, vide invoice no:3761 date:12.12.2008,

We have given the product for service to Asia Electronices, coimbatore
First service was done within one week of purchase, thereafter 4times serviced
Finally on the 5th times failure of the product during warraty, we have given the
Same to your service center on 11.05.2009.

Till now we have not reciverd the product either serviced or replaced as orally
Promised since the product has failed many times and we have not used the same We feel you should either givenus a new product replacement with extended
Warranty or refunded the entire amount with interst

If any on of the above is not done with in the next one week, we will be forced to takeup the matter through appropriate forum.

I had purchased SAMSUNG make All in one Laser Printer SCX 4521 F on 16 June 2009. Some three days ago we found its display shows OUT OF RANGE and we are unable to make a copy. Samsung — (Ref No 8410605161) Split AC 1.5ton not working properly

I have purchased a Samsung Split AC 1.5ton on 24may2009. After it got installed, it start giving an abnormal sound within 2 days of working.I registered a complaint and it was attended in 4days.

Thereafter, it worked fine for a week after which its cooling became weak.Samsung personnel came to fix it after a week of my registering the complaint (Ref No [protected])

Again a week later, the cooling became weak (Ref No [protected]).Reason:Gas leakage.I again registered a complaint on 26th june. The Samsung personnel came on 30th june to take it for repair. Bt since it was only a month that we have purchased it, we registered a replacement request. its 10th july today and till today i have got no information as to wether this AC will be replaced or not. If not replaced, then when it will be repaired.

The Samsung customer service is worst in the Consumer Electronics market!!!

The Samsung customer care centre people have no information to give to the customer except telling me that it will take some time. No facts or figures or dates.

The Samsung service centre never reponds to my requests and tell me that they cant help me with this matter.

Mr. Khan (Samsung personnel) at [protected] never picks up my call.

I donot know what to do and whom to approach to get this problem solved.

What's the point of purchasing the AC if it wont work the whole summer.

I am utterly frustrated and in desperate need of your service. I have been calling the toll free number several times since the last one month to report a problem with the 15 inch LCD moniter, I bought from Samsung. But no response at all.
Once a technician from samsung service center alleppy came, and told me there is problem with my LCD and they will replace within few days, but one month passed. I'm still waiting for them. Whenever i call them, they are not giving me a satisfactory explanation. I want my lcd moniter replaced.

I’ve purchased one Samsung mobile SGH-D840 from one of your outlet in MMX Mall, Sahibabad. In December-2007. After six month of purchasing its giving me problem, The mobile was in warranty so I visited to your Service centre in Sec-18, noida. People over there are very useless people, they don’t know how to talk to customers.

My mobile’s speaker was not working, Display of that is also shown some error. This problem was came 4-5 times so I requested to them kindly changed my mobile, b, coz its is under warranty but these people are not ready to accept that & I’ve argue a lot it get mobile changed in warranty.. They convinced me and said they will give me a good service after warranty also, But few days back(01.07.09) again my mobile`s display gone, so I send it again to your authorized service centre GNH TELECOM Tilak Bhawan, Sharma Mkt, Attac Chowk, Noida. They said that FPCB Cable Need to be Replace but part is not available you will come on 10.07.09 and we will charge Rs.-700/- appx., I requested him that you have given me assurance that this complaint will not repeat if its repeat we will not charge from u, The receptionist said that manager left the job last month who committed to you. I said o.k they kept my mobile three days for minor repair and gave me back on 12.07.09 but after few minutes of repair its giving me same problem. Display again showing some gridlines error. Now you tell me what should I do. Should I go to consumer court. All this things doesn’t give a good picture of Samsung to a customer I request you to have a look in this issue & take necessary actions against concerned persons.

Samsung — TV not working since 25th May, 2009

The TV is dead since 25th May, 2009 and the comhplaint has been logged by Next Showroom Faridabad (on the name of Mr Dinesh Kumar Mishra as he is the owner of the TV) dated 27th May, 2009 complaint Number - [protected]. Inspite of repeated calls the complaint was not heard finnaly after two weeks the picture card was changed but the sound card has still not been changed. We have repeatedly spoken to the following people;

Samsung service is very bad.

No response from the customer care cell or Service manager
we have purchased samsung refrigerator, model(SR-37, 360 Ltrs.) on 18.04.2002. After the third day of purchasing this model we are contineusly making complaints to your company (SAMSUNG) but not found any result till date even after paying a large amount to your company in the name of service charges, visit charges or etc. The cooling capacity of the refrigerator is very bad. Even butter cannot get hard and all food get ruined within few hours. water cannot get cool and the problem of leakage of water from refrigerator is same till now from the very first day of purchasing. so many parts have been changed, and gas has been refilled three times, but the problem is same as it was six years before. please kindly help accordingly.

I booked one window AC on 17.07.09. in NEXT show room near Kanara bank, Ambattur, chennai - 53.

I received the AC on 18.07.09.

Samsung service people came on 19.07.09 for install the AC.

While opening the box, we found that 1. Condenser fan broken 2.swing blade missing and scratches on the AC, Then I informed this problem to NEXT showroom, they said that they will replace the total AC unit on 20.07.09. ---Not done.

Samsung customer care person came to my home for verification On 21.07.09.
After that samsung customer care ( saravanan at Arumpakkam chennai - [protected] ) agreed to replace the total AC unit. But it will take 10 to 15 days.

But i will not agree with this, I need replacement within two days. Otherwise I will go to consumer court.

Because of this problem, I became very tension and mentally affected.

I paid net amount Rs.17300. But I am not satisfied with samsung product. I already got Samsung Refrigerator - double deck.

Here after I will never purchase any samsung product.

Dear Sir,
This has reference to a Samsung Mobile Phone (Colour: Metallic Silver) being model No.SGH-D900I (IMEI: 359761/01/379615/0) bought by me from M/s. Keshrwani Business Centre at 8/2, Kiran Shankar Roy Road, Kolkata 700 001 on 14 February 2008 for Rs.10, 000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only).
After only about 6 months of its use (i.e., within the warranty period), it showed certain major problems it became completely dead. Upon reporting of the defect and my complaint to your service centre at 10A, Lee Road, Kolkata, the same was repaired and fixed after about 2 months from the date of giving possession of my phone to the said service centre.
Very recently, (i.e.- only about 4 months after getting my phone back from your service centre), I am facing serious problems with the battery back-up of the phone and the same gets discharged within 1 (one) hour after fully charging the battery. I had no other alternative but to report the same to your service centre at 12 Loudon Street, Kolkata-700 017, when they examined the problem in my mobile and advised me to purchase a new battery. Accordingly, I requested them for a new battery, to which they replied by saying that the same is not in their stock and further advised me to book the new battery upon advance payment for them to place the order and receive the same after about one month. Instead of making such advance booking, I tried to obtain a new battery by contacting various outlets dealing with Samsung Mobiles, but in vain.
Ultimately, on 24 June 2009, I wrote to your Samsung Customer Care and in response I was advised over phone and also by an email, to contact Mr. Nirmal at your service centre SABSONIC at 12 Loudon Street, Kolkata-700 017. In view thereof, I contacted Mr Nirmal at your service centre SABSONIC at 12 Loudon Street, Kolkata-700 017 and purchased a new battery on 3 July 2009 for Rs.727/- (Rupees Seven Hundred Twenty Seven Only). However, to my utter surprise and dismay my mobile continues to indicate “Battery Low” signal and obviously, the problem remains unresolved inspite of acting as per the advice of your Customer Service Officials at your Service Centers.
I was compelled to contact your Service Centre once again at 12 Loudon Street, Kolkata-700 017 on 4 July 2009 and enquired about the problem when your Customer Service Officials examined my mobile and gave an estimate of Rs.112/- (Rupees One Hundred Twelve Only) and advised me to sign a document containing certain terms and conditions, without which your Customer Service Officials expressed their inability to accept the work order for repairing my mobile. I agreed to sign the said document and your Service Engineers started examining the defect and informed that the same would take a few days time and they need to retain the mobile and shall contact me over phone as and when the same is ready. Subsequently, I received a phone call on 9 July 2009 from your Service Centre and was informed that I need to pay Rs.3, 500/- (Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred Only) towards the repairing costs when I instructed them not to proceed further with the repair work as the cost was exorbitant. On 10 July 2009, I went to your said service centre at around 6.10 p.m. and was made to wait till about 7.10 p.m. to collect my mobile phone back when they charged Rs.83/- (Rupees Eighty Three Only) towards examining my mobile.
In view of the above facts and circumstances, you will kindly appreciate that I have been facing problems with your Samsung Mobile on a regular basis and due to the negligence on the part of your Service Engineers in diagnosing the defect in my mobile properly, I am facing a deadlock due to the exorbitant charges involved in getting the problem fixed at this stage. Needless to mention that, the Service Engineers do not have the basic courtesy when Customers are made to wait for hours at your Service Centers just for collecting the mobile back.
This is to inform you that I was quite satisfied with the customer service of NOKIA while using my previous mobile and infact never had to contact the Service Centers, but since the day I shifted to Samsung with a hope for a better experience, I am regretting my decision every now and then.
As an employee of a Law Firm, I thought it was my duty to bring this to the notice of your customer relation department with a hope to get this resolved at this level itself before resorting to remedies available under law. I await your kind intervention in the matter to get the issue resolved, to which I shall remain ever grateful.
