[Resolved]  Samsung — Complaint for not installing the new microwave oven

I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven on 18/01/2008 from Shakshee Electronics ,Anna Nagr ,Chennai,India .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing the Oven and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than a week.
Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care.If I have to wait for 10 days for a new installation Iam really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!!.

Please help Us !!!!

I purchased mobile B130, IMEI no. 355612/02/ 043380/4 Battery no. BO1Q609ES/1-G on 16/09/2009. From subhiksha Trading servicesLtd, FC Road.

In next 2 days I noticed that the navigation arrangement of mobile (looks like steel colour) was came out. I visited Samsung authorized service centre RAZA SERVICES immediately. They pasted that navigation pad by some glue and said its ok. Again next day it was removed again and that time they told like that this design is having problem and you will get new pad once it is designed well by Samsung.

The staff at that time is now changed as I saw and that time there was no any complaint form and a formal service record.

Now, again I visited same Service centre today on 11/9/2009 (5 days before warranty complete) and they replied that this is damage by customer and keypad change will be chargeable basis and no warranty. This answer is frustrating and I would like to get the replacement/ repair free of cost. This time I have get them prepared the service report and a copy to my record as well. Customer Copy No.46 dated 11/9/2009.

Please do the needful and oblige. Please help!!!

I had baught a Samsung semi-automatic model No.KARISHMA.It has been working properly since last 6 yrs. Recently due to human error the nob of WASH TIMER has been broken. The matter was reported to Service Centre West Midnapore West Bengal. Although a boy came to attend the complaint but of no vail, because the nob is not available at present. it happend 15 ago but till date no one has attended again. I tried to contact the Centre again but no one is picking up phone. As a result the machine is lying unused. it is hoped that this problem will be sorted out at the earliest and a line in reply will be sent through email.

I am so ashamed of myself for buying Samsung product for which I am still suffering.
I bought 2 Samsung (double mistake committed) ACs from HomeTown (booked on 16th August 2009). The delivery of window AC came after 10 days and Split AC after 14 days (So much hype about after consumer service!!). Window AC could never be installed even after chasing for 10 days after which, having been totally fed-up, I got the AC installed myself through some outsider. Today is 14th September 2009 and in spite of vigorous follow-up, I am still unable to get the split AC installed through Samsung. One Mr. Manav from the service center (Mob no [protected]) who seems to be senior enough, keeps promising installation every day for the next day, but that next day is yet to arrive. Now that summer is at its fag end, I don't even need an AC. Thank you Samsung for such prompt and timely service as well as for saving my electricity bill as I could not use the ACs during summers for which I had bought them.
PLEASE DO NOT BOAST OF BEING A 'CUSTOMER FRIENDLY' COPMPANY. YOU ACTUALLY DO NOT DESERVE IT.
I AM TIRED OF FOLLOWING UP WITH SAMSUNG AND HOMETOWN AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO NOW.

Samsung — window ac

i have bought a Samsung Window AC in August 2006 from a dealer in Lajpat nagar,India . Very poor performance in Samsung AC. after 2 years we get complaint in our window AC. We cal them & give 1800/-Rs. for filling gas & other repairing, but still after 1 month it’s not working. Now fault in compressor.
Now we regular call the coustmer care, but we get now response from there. I am really Frustrated with the Customer Care & there Engineers. Now we can't buy & also can't recommend others to buy any product of Samsung

Please help Us !!!!

regarding to delay in service, every time they give excuse about "pending " problem .
can any body tell me what is pending problem ?
and who is responsible for this / is it company or service center .
about 45 dayes are passed .nither they are giving date till which they can repair my TFT
nor responding well during quire.
my exames are coming closer and i realy need my computer .
so plz take seriously my problem and plz give response as soon as possible .

I have bought a Samsung Mobile Model# 3310 on 14/07/2009 Kamla Nagar Delhi, India .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for helping me to erase the mobile tracker password because i lost my password of the same. Cause of this i have lost my balance amount when i switch off & on. I go to personally samsung service centre at : Shop # 4/1 Roop Nagar Market, Kamla Nagar, Delhi-110007 they told me that we can't do that & go to another service center at : Rahul Traders, 3208/2 Mahindra Park, Rani Bagh, Delhi. but they told me go to another service center, "Wats that" what i do, i am really Frustrated with the service center. Your also can understand that i can not visit to around the Delhi for that. I think i did very very big mistake to buy the mobile from samsung because its very bad behavior from service center. I am really afraid how i did. Please please do needful for me.

Hi, i bought samsang momochrome laser printer scx 4300, in feb, 2009, after suing the product the paperstarted stucking inside the printer, so i called [protected], number and i got ma complaint no. () but no one turned up for 2 days, again i called then third day one guy came and checked and tole be there is a problrm in the badger (Rollers) and will be replaced, next day i.e 4th day i received a call from ghaziabad office and he assured me that the printer will get fixed but till date (one week) no one has turded up. "DEHRA DUN- UTTARANCHAL"

"It is wastage of our hard earned money by buying products of such a careless company, which prooves itself to be a good brand in india"

It is requested to all of the sufferers of samsung pathetic service that dont buy any other samsung product and post as many as possible comments on the net, if togther we will take initiative then only company like this will give the value for our HARD EARNED MONEY.

Samsung — Irresponsible behaviour and bad product.

Though this is not the first time I have been ill treated and ditched by this company and its takes a fool like me to believe in them and buying their product again. I have purchased a samsung e1930 handset where as i was shown a different handset and when i called the samsung customer services
they said that they dont take any responsibility of what their dealers are doing and they can help me .
This the level of responsibility they show for their customers.I think i made a mistake of my life time

I have bought a Samsung Fax Machine on 19/09/2008 from Fax Total Service Phool Bagh, Rampura, Delhi India Model No. SF-371P.I called the Samsung costoumer care on Jan & March because the Fax is not working properly, But there is no response from them.

Now I called the Samsung costumer Care No[protected]on 18th & 19th Sep)for replace this Fax machine, they give me the no of Mr Aman :27180001. But as ususal there is no response from him.
At last they register my complain on 21st Sep. My complain no is [protected]... Now they continuously said that I have to wait for Service Call I dont understand how much time is required for settling a claim for a new product.
I want my problem resolved at the earliest.

I had purchased one samsung flat CTC 21A730 (sl.no.100070A) on 7.2.09 from M/s Patra Electronics, Jayshree Plaza, Badambadi, Cuttack (Tel.[protected]/2321087/[protected]). But, the said TV set suddenly was found not working on 7.9.09. A complaint was lodged with the local service centre on the same day and the attending Engineer repaired for the temporary relief and instead suggested that the set is defective and may be replaced by a new one. Again from 9.9.2009 onwards the set was totally dead. Finding no other alternative, I had deposited the said defective set on 11.9.2009 under proper receipt with the dealer M/s Patra Electronics, Cuttack . But, the dealer has not yet given me a new set in exchange, for which I am facing much difficulties. This is very much and harassment to a genuine customer. However, please take immediate action with the concerned dealer for replacement of the set, otherwise I will be constrained to file a case with the court of law and sending a copy of this complaint to the local newspaper for information of the general public.Thanking you.

But on 7.9.09, the set stopped functioning after which I lodged a complaint with the local service centre. The customer engineer attended the set on 7.9.09 and repaired the set. Again on 9.9.09, the television set was found completely dead and immediately I lodged a complaint with the service centre. The Engineer inspected the set and advised that the set cannot be repaired and may be replaced by a new one as the setr is under warranty. Thereafter, I had deposited the said defective set with the dealer on 11.9.09. But, inspite of my running to the dealer several times, the dealer had not replaced the set by a new one for which I am passing through much mental agony. It is nothing but harassment to a valued customer like me. It tells a lot about the image of the Samsung India before the general public. Therefore, please take up the issue with the dealer and he may be advised to immediately replace set with a new one, otherwise I will be compelled to approach the legal authorities and give a news item in the local newspaper for information of the general public about Samsung India poor condition.

Samsung — complaint no. 8409992888, CLEAT CUT FRAUD AND CHEATING by YOUR SALES TEAM, SERVICE TEAM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM

I tanu chawla was a proud owner of samsung 42 inch plasma tv and with that i also bought an split air conditioner and since then have been running after the customer care team to help with correcting the defects in the air conditioner since i bought.

The engineers also visited atleast 2-3 times and suddenly stopped coming. when i relodged the complaint again at customer care center ( my 25th camplaint aprox) they told me the service station has said the customer will call again if She needs any assistance.

I mean this is horrendous, ur team suddenly stops coming and when i call again i am told i had stopped them from coming. i have gone thru major harrasment from your company and now would like your team to take the plasma as well as the air conditioner back as i cannot trust samsung employees or the samsung the company itself.

Though the plasma worth 50 thosuand rupees is working great but i am so scared to deal with the samsung people incase i face any problems in future with the plasma also, because if i can be harrased for a defected product before even i had i bought as i have a job letter of the first engineer who visited and changed the components of new air conditioner and refilled gas and thereafter three visits by engineers and everytime they filled gas and went, i don't understand why i ever bought a samsung product.

The seller of the products had even refused help when we asked them for thier help. the entire thing has been going on for more than 4 months and i had actually bought the air conditioner for the summer season.

Today 30th September 2009, I have purchased a New SAMSUNG DVD writer for my PC from a dealer named Top-N-Town, 10, Akash Deep Complex, P.L.Sharma Road, Meerut. He didn't check the product and assured me this is Samsung product which is not required to check. I installed the writer but it was not working, even not reading DVD's & CDs

I went back to dealer & asked him to replace the product but he didn't listen to me and directed me discourteously for a Samsung Service Canter. At Service Canter there was no any service engineer available. However they helped me to sort out the problem, they checked the card. They can call me tomorrow or after 15 days. But this is bad for SAMSUNG. I will not purchase Samsung product in future. The Samsung dealer is not listening, the service centre is working as collection centre. The Samsung customers care is also helpless.

so will it become slow after putting 4GB card?
i heard that samsung mobile doesn't support microSD cards on which "HC" is written. Is it true?
if yes, then where i will get original cards?

I had raised the Ticket with Customer Care on 29th Sept 09. I was expecting a Call from services engineer on 30th itself as you cannot image sleeping without AC in Mumbai heat. Finally I received a call on 1st of Oct and engineer from Jaydeep Services promised to visit my home at 12:00pm, I waited for the guy up to 2:30 but there was neither call from the person nor any updates. Then I tired to call Jaydeep Services on[protected] but there was no answer and I am trying to call till date but there is no response.

Today I called Samsung Support Centre again and spoke to S Jaffer and surprisingly he said all the managers on floor are on call and I will only receive a callback after 2hrs. I was willing to be on hold but arrogantly he disconnected the Call, what a service!!! I called back again and spoke to Yuva Pritha but as soon as I told her I want to speak to her manager she hanged the phone line. Finally I spoke to Mr. Vivek (surprisingly he said he no last name) and he informed “SHAH” (Vivek said he has no first name) is the only Manager to handle entire Mumbai calls. I asked him for the email ID of Shah/ Vivek but he did not provide any information and just said I will receive a call from him.

IS THIS THE AFTER SALES SERVICE YOU PROVIDE TO CUSTOMER???

I am having sleepless nights since past 2 days and now it’s really frustrating me as I am used to AC. I am very sure that all the Call Centre associates have provided me with all fake information. I trust Samsung so thought of sharing this information as it might help to improve your service in future

i surendra kumar from hyderabad... i buyed samsung refrigarator two years back. my complaint number is [protected] .. samsung service is so bad that i advice everyone never to buy any products of samsung. from past 20 days my refrigarator is not working . whenever we call 30308282 the call centre people are disconnecting my phone wenever i tell them my complaint... i have called more than 50 times... the service centre people are just insulting me by disconnecting my phone in the middle of the conversation. please samsung headoffice do take some action soon...
