[Resolved]  Samsung — Complaint for not installing the new microwave oven

I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven on 18/01/2008 from Shakshee Electronics ,Anna Nagr ,Chennai,India .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing the Oven and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than a week.
Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care.If I have to wait for 10 days for a new installation Iam really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!!.

i have bourght samsun LCD tv on date 17.10.2009 but it was not installed till date I never saw such poor service by such by well knowen company. thanking you
My mother( Manju Singh) had bought a samsung washing machine on 11th october 09 from Big Bazar Dhanbad, Jharkhand. It has been more than a week . But no one has come to install it. It is a diamond drum nano model. Please do the needfull.

I had purchased 40 inches LCD TV on 16.10.2009 from M/s Khurana Electronics Kothrud, Pune. At the time of purchase it was confirmed that very next day, the person from Samsung will come for the installation of the same, but unfortunately till date nobody has come for the same, which is very discouraging and I would like to mention that Samsung people are playing with the sentiments of the customer. Please note that, it was purchased just before Deewali festival, but nothing has happened from your end.
Please look into the matter, otherwise we have no other option to go to consumer forum with this issue. You are given next 24 hrs from 21.10.09.
Hi sir i have purchased S3500 three and half months back from the mobile store leela bhaban patiala. after one month i have faced a problem withj this phone i.e it autometically switched on once i want to switch off it.i have also reached service center which is near to DUKHNIWARAN GURUDWARA PATIALA. After several efforts with your local service center ANGUL to repair my refregerator for smooth running conditions which has gone in vain with one problem with the other. For your information I have purchased a Samsung 180 litres direct cool MODEL NO RA20RVTT1/NT1 bering PRODUCT SL NO: 03304ZAP700729N in October 2007 vide bill number 8994 dated 15.10.2007 from BEAUTY PALACE, HATATOTA, TALCHER in the name of Ms. SABITA PRAVA PANDA It has encountered several problems like COOLING, GAS LEAKAGE, CHAMBER PROBLEM ( as reported by the service centre ). The center has taken my set and demanding to deposit an amount of Rs.2900/-(APPROX) for it's repairing, In earlier instances also I have paid for minor rectifications.
Dear Mr. Executive it is not possible to indulge ourselves (lower - middle class families ) in such non co-operation and irresponsible service from company like yours and demanding money as the set is just two years old. We are losing our faith and confidence on Samsung.
Please do something urgently as my set is laying at your service center. It is better if the Set can be replaced with a new one.
Failure to do the needful I am forced to take legal action aginst your company in the appropiate the court of law as and when required.
Please take necessary steps at an earliest. It may be treated as my last and final notice.

I want to inform that your sumsung tv service centres not provide services properly because I registered complaint about my sumsung 21" colour tv many times but your service centre not provide service till now. I registered my complaint on 26 oct 2009 and my complaint no [protected]. I call so many times to customer care centre but nobody take action stirctly because of this I loss my time day to day . If sumsung company can't provide engineers for services they can easily denied for service but they have no right to create false atmosphere about best service . I send this mail after facing so much trouble from your customer care centre and service centre. I hope sumsung company make their good will in the heart of customer and take hard action for this negligency about the service sumsung campany

I am Ravi Kant Sharma from Delhi, current pulling my hair because of this useless so-called electronics company SAMSUNG.

I have problem with my Samsung LCD Monitor (Model 943NWX). Its showing everything Reddish-Pink colored. I logged a complaint and the monitor was checked by the technician after 10 days. He said there is some problem in graphic card of the monitor (?!?!) and it needs to be replaced. He gave me 4 days of time for the spare part to be replaced. But now it has been more than 45 days and there is no revert from customer care/technician despite of multiple calls and emails to customer care.

On calling customer care, I was told every time that a call back has been arranged, but nobody contacted me yet. I tried tracking the issue through customer care portal as well, but there was and still a problem: after logging-in nothing is displayed, at the left bottom I see javascript error which I reported it in the same email. Not action has been taken on it yet. The customer care replied me with:
"Thank you for becoming a patron of Samsung product.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you. We have forwarded your query to our department concerned. The relevant person will get in touch with you shortly.

We appreciate your patience and request you to bear with us till then.

For further assistance you may contact SAMSUNG Customer Contact Center at 3030 8282 or[protected]toll free)." THAT'S IT. They have done nothing but forward me this auto generated sympathetic email every time. No grievances department contact details are available on SAMSUNG website, and I think it will never be because of their unfair policies.

Samsung — repeated problems in plasma tv

I bought a 42-inch plasma tv in October,2006. Within one month it developed a problem and a part had to be replaced. Thankfully it was under warranty and it didn't cost us anything

However as soon as the 1-year warranty ended the TV again developed a problem and our total expenditure came out to be Rs.7000. Four months later it again developed another problem and this time our cost was Rs.10,000

At that time the screen developed a black line in between and i was told that to get it fixed i would have to pay Rs.32,000 ( outrageous considering that i paid Rs.1,00,000 for the tv in the first place) . I didn't get this problem fixed

Now again the same problem for which i had paid Rs.7000 the first time has surfaced ( and all this within 3yrs. of buying this tv)

I had heard that samsung has the best after sales service but it is probably because its products require it so much.

Anybody can help?

samsung S 3310 — hanged up

i have purchased this cell phone 2 months back but the minute i insert my ear phone in it to listen songs it gets hanged up i dont understand what is the problem with this mobile it is seriously annoying

We have a samsung microwave oven it was not working and i called up customer care department for repairing the oven my call no was [protected] dated 7/8/09 and set serial no is 00127ZBT101417M the start button of the oven was not working after one day one person has come and for the temporary basis he repaired our machine and took Rs 584/-. Since from them we are facing the same problem repeatedly in between the time another person has come from the same service centre i.e Mondal Appliences Services (Akshoy Mukherjee Road) but from yesterday we are facing the same problem i.e again the start button is not working so please send some efficient person who can repair our machine perfectly and dont harass us repeatedly.

TVS Fully Auto Washing Machine — Water not filling

1. Water does not flow when you hit start or in any cycle. Once you manually fill it the machine starts working till rinse, then again we have to fill water by hand.
2. If the electricity goes it does not resume cycle automatically

Dear Sir,

This is with refrence to the following work orders,

1. 40GB IDE HDD (W/O:[protected]

2. 80GB IDE HDD (W/O:[protected]

Same has been given to Samsung Service Centre, i.e Express Digital Systems, Mumbai. on 10th Oct 2009 for replacement.

Till now i haven't recived any update for the same, infact i am keep tracking Express Digital people for immediate replacement.

They are really hopeless people, i am wondering after repeated complaints why you people are not taking any action on them, its been very unpleasent & irretating experience with them while submitting the HDD.

Person at the counter was not aware of the product, refused for replacement, saying the HDD model doesn't belong to samsung.

After a big fight, agreed the HDD belong to samsung & is under warranty. Now its been more than a months i haven't recieved my replacement.

Kindly Help & resolve the issue at the earliest.
