[Resolved]  Samsung — Complaint for not installing the new microwave oven

I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven on 18/01/2008 from Shakshee Electronics ,Anna Nagr ,Chennai,India .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing the Oven and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than a week.
Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care.If I have to wait for 10 days for a new installation Iam really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!!.

Please help Us !!!!

Samsung — Imposing Religion

I purchased a Samsung B2100 recently. While the phone works fine (the music player does give some problems), but more importantly, there is a 'mobile prayer application' pre installed on the phone. It forces the user to pick a religion (Hinduism, Christianity, Islam , Sikhism). When I tried disabling this feature, the message that pops up is - " Minimum 1 prayer should be enabled". To make matters worse, randomly religous tunes like the Islam prayer (dua / adat), or the gayatri mantra start playing

Samsung has no business imposing religion on people. Least of all, through unsuspecting channels like mobile phones. Disappointing to say the least.

I have purchased Samsung Microwave on 29th Dec 2009. On 8th Jan we have first time used its grill option. On the very day it stopped functioning. On 9th morning I have registered complain (No-[protected]) to the Samsung customer care. I was told that service engineer will visit my place on Monday. No one turn up on Monday and he came on his own convenience on Tuesday without even carrying a single fuse with him. He checked the oven and said that it will take 4/5 days to get the product(magnet) to fix it. Since then till date we have made near about more then 10 calls even 2 calls in a day but no-body has provided us any update about when it our complain will be looked upon. Everybody had said that the product is awaited and they will arrange call for me to provide update but no-one bothered to revert. This is not only the limit I even get a personal number of Mr Adaesh(Mobile No - [protected] ) who said to be Manager in Samsung customer Care centre. He also as others promised to give me an update but like everyone he didn't bother to contact us.
It’s going to be almost a month for this complains and no action has been taken. My concern is not only about the action taken against the complain but also not providing any updates to me.

My BP No.:[protected] at the Samsung custmer care. I had brought a Samsung double door refrigerator on Oct 1, 2009 from Snehanjali, Mira road. I have registered approx 50 times to the customer care and the dealer asking for a replacement since the fridge when brought had a damage bottom and the person who came for the delivery damaged it more, the new fridge stands with a packing underneath since i have taken it. I was not avaiable those days and my mother did not know what to do with the problem. I was promised thereafter of a replacement 10 times, but still nothing has been done. Now the warranty period is over and the cooling was not happeneing i called them today 25th Jan 2010 to check the same and they say the compressor is not working and needs to be changed and for the gas to be refilled it would cost Rs.1200/- what a pathetic state i am in, when i feel my whole hard earned money is gone.

Samsung — Warranty not honoured

Microwave Oven Model MWO MW83H bought on 09 May 2009. Complaint about non-functioning dated 14 January 2010. Company says spare parts not available. They promise to contact me but they have not cared to do so for the last 5 days. I have requested them to either repair immediately or replace the oven since it is in the warranty period.
i have already given a complaint about my SAMSUNG LCD 5 series TV and my transaction id is: [protected], Your technician came to see my TV on 02/01/10 and he checked the TV and he told there is a problem in "mother board" of TV again he came on 21/01/10 to replace the mother board with a new mother board, which he brought from NOIDA but the new one was also a failure one and he told that the panel of the TV has a poblem.He came again on 27/01/10 with a new mother board and a new panel but unfortunately both of them were failure parts.So, my family is mentaly disappointed, please remove this LCD TV as soon as possible and replace that with a new 6 series or 7 series or LED TV If not possible to exchange please refund.Please help me.

It is being observed from past two weeks that there is plenty of water leaking from below the machine.It needs to be checked.I am not getting any samsung dealer in Bathinda to attend the same.

I bought Samsung E-1107 Mobile Sl.No.R6ys789887f on 24th November 2009. My mobile was not functioning due to no outgoing and incoming calls and voices. I had given my mobile to the Samsung Servicing Centre located at Visakhapatnam on 9th January 2010 vide Order No.A-217. So far, I did nt received my mobile, even after several reminders and phone calls. Due to this i was very much fed up with the service which was provided by the Samsung Company. Kindly do the service for my mobile as early as possible. Otherwise I will approach Consumer Forum for the same purpose.

Samsung — UNABLE TO GOT ANY POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM YOUR SIDE

I Gaurav Maurya purchased samsung mobile (model no W339) but due to some defect I submit it to the service center (Lawyers colony,Agra) on 20.8.2009. They told me that your set can't be repaired, so u will get back the cash with in two month ,after the given period of time when i went to the service center and i did't received my cheque and now the six month are gone and i did't got any positive response till now .Please look on this matter .
