[Resolved]  Samsung — Complaint for not installing the new microwave oven

I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven on 18/01/2008 from Shakshee Electronics ,Anna Nagr ,Chennai,India .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing the Oven and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than a week.
Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care.If I have to wait for 10 days for a new installation Iam really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!!.

Please help Us !!!!

Dear Sir/Madam,

The attached file is the DO letter issued to me by Samsung service centre, Cochin, Kerala.

I bought a Samsung Jet S8003 on 29th January 2010. After 4 days I faced a problem as the network was not detecting and I took my phone to Cochin service centre.

And they said this is a main board compliant and they will issue a DO letter by which I will be replaced with a new phone.

Today I got a new phone but now I am concerned. If this phone is also having some problem what will I do and in case if the problem is detected after 7 days. Then my Rs.17500 will be of waste. Because after 7 days the phone will not be replaced.

The people in service centre itself said that once if any main board complaint happens then it keep on occurring the same problems or some other problems.

I want to know what Samsung can do if some major problems like main board compliant happens to my new phone after the 7 days period. I know you will say you can repair it but then I know that these problems will keeps on repeating.

I hope Samsung will come with a good solution for me. Please consider my case as a special case.

Status: Still Open, No one receives the call and disconnects. Highly unethical and un-professional behavior from Samsung.

Details: Though the problem was acknowledged by Samsung engineer and request forwarded for refund/replacement. But after two months of follow up the comments from Samsung are below:

"This is a problem with all Samsung LCD TVs, though this problem does not exist in any other BRAND"

This is here to bring to your kind notice that I have purchased Samsung Fully Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine WA82HAG Silver Nano (S/N-W0435ZCL900175K) on 12 Apr-08.

I registered a Complaint No - [protected], Date of Complaint - 12 Feb 10.

With respect to the Complaint No. Samsung Engineer visited our home on 12 Feb 10 & suggested that Washing Machine needs to be send your service center for rectification of Vibration, Heavy noise when spin tub is used & inner filter of spin tub required to be changed.

On 16 Feb 10 the washing machine has been taken to your Service Center from my home by Samsung trolley man .
Suggested rectification has been completed by your service engineer at your service center & washing machine has been delivered to my home on 18 Feb 10 charging INR Rs. 475/-.

But still we are facing the same problem in Washing machine.Assurance was given by your Engineer that all the rectification has been done And later no such problem will arise regarding that

Your Earlier response & permanent solution is highly appreciated.

I had purchased a Samsung LCD TV having Model No.LA26450 (Serial No.12563ZD 800754) vide Invoice No.13274 from Rahul Electronics, F-12, Connaught Place, New Delhi (Contact No.23310751,[protected]. The said LCD is not working properly since 09.02.2010 and I had brought this issue to the knowledge of the Company i.e. Samsung Electronics on the same date vide my compliant No. (BP No.[protected]) and despite of my several repeated reminders till date no action has been called for by the Company and every time I speak to the Customer Care Officers namely Ms.Shanti, Prachi, Priya etc. it was told and assured to me that the problem will be rectified by them within 2-3 days but nothing has been done at last.

Being, a senior citizen and having heart problem i continuously follow up the case with the Company to rectify the problem OR replace the LCD set at the earliest otherwise I have no other option to knock the door of "Consumer Court" for deficiency in services and mental harassment on your part to me.

I am owning a refridgerator Model No. 3R - 37EMA . On complaint your service centre people have found that door gas gate has leaked, hence, please door has to be replaced .They say no spare door is available.Please help me to either replace door gas gate or the door.I cannot afford to buy a new machine.

Samsung — Moibe not repaired for more than a month

I have purchased samsung E 2100 from Nilkanth Mobile and Elecrronics on 13.05.2009. Suddenly on 04.01.2010 it got switched off. ON 05.01.2010 I gave it at Fraslin Techcare P.Ltd, Smasung Service centre for repairing. They took 20 days to get it repaired and gave me my handset back on 26..1.2010. But after 3 days again it got switched off. On 01.02.2010 I gave it back to the same service centre and till date they are not replying me properly. Whenever I visit them or call uo they are saying it will take time. How much time they will take to repair my handset, Soeey to say but very poor product from Samsung and pathetic service. I doubt that I will receive my handset.
Arrey madam, why should the Samsung person come? Are you the PM or President? Even if they call, he'll come only if he is paid. Woh kya hain ki, they're brought up on the Single job, double income philosophy. Samjhey ki nahin?
Well I shall tell you what you can expect for a service call, I bought a microwave oven on 1 Jan 2010 and on 22nd Jan 2010, some of the internal parts started break. I immediately raised a complaint to the service folks, they took 4 days to send someone to see. He checked and said that he will repair it to me but I insisted that the unit should be replaced since it was only 22 days old and such kind damage is unacceptable, later he decided to get the machine replaced for me. But as on today (25-Feb-2010) no one has even bothered to call up and let me know the status, whenever I call up the customer care they do not have any answer to my queries and I end up shouting at them. I am going to call them again today and hope that at least today someone listens to customer woes.
Hi i purchased a Samsung Microwave Oven from Hypercity malad on 19/03/2009 nd the oven had heating problems nd i complaint on the 26/02/2009 the service person came on the 27th from the Mira Road Service Center who wished not to proceed with the repairing because the bill wasnt present. I showed the warranty card with clearly states the date nd the model number with the stamp but the serviceman didnt budge and called up his supervisor Bhavesh in the Mira Road Service Center who was rude and didnt have customer Service skills at all so i would urge Samsung Complaints Team to provide a feedbak to Bhavesh and get back to me becase my perception about samsung samsung products and services
I doubt if samsung can even touch LGs customer base...LG wins with service whereas samsnug is way to weak in that. I recently bought a semi automatic washing machine which was delivered to me on 27th of January 2010 and the very next day the dryer section collapsed, I raised a complaint with the cusomer care and was informed about an engineer's vissit which happened after 3days of me raising the complaint.
Till date the same process is on even after the engineer's admitting that a faulty machine has been delivered to me. The best part is today i.e. 2nd March 2010 when I called the customer care to speak to a senior office, the person some Vijuan(TL) answered the call and informed that the update he has on the system is that the machine has no issues...this ithe best customer service you can have:)
I use an LG fridge which had a slight problem in cooling and the whole thing was resolved in less than 12 hrs of me raining the complain...so does samsung have a chance with this kind of service offering...NO WAY!

I have faced problem in Feb Month. Purchased a samsung microwave oven on 6th feb, 2010 from Relience Megamart Pune.
Samsung Executive came to my house on 27th Feb, 2010 for demonstration after making several calls and creating mental pain.
Customer care is also pathatic and they really have a stubborn attitude and very rude. They do not know how to talk with a customer.
I have made up my mind not to go for any samsung products in future and i request you all not to purchase this organization's any bloddy hell products.

Samsung — Servicing Delay

I have already given a complaint that my samsung monitor is not working and the complaint ID is[protected]. After that one engineer told me to coming to your place and repair it and the charge will be Rs. 80 for visiting and parts charge extra. i purchased a refrigerator model no RT23 No00044ZAX200330A FROM BABA BALAJI SALES FIROZABAD U.P. INDIA on 22.03.2004 .At purchase time no warranty card given by dealer, so i want to know i am in warranty period or not.if i am in warranty period so make my complaint. my complaint is no proper cooling and making no ice in freezer, and some noise becomes on running stage.

Samsung — Complaints have gone unheard

My Samsung washing machine is been down from Feb 5th, 2010. I have registered a complaint with their call centre 6th Feb, 2010. An engg came to check the problem and stated that there is a part problem, hence i will have to register a complaint again in call centre for him to attend the same. Their call centre nos dont go thru normally, i have to hold the line for atleast 45 mins to get the connection, which i did and got them online; i was told that by them that i dont need to register again, they will work based on the first complaint itself and will send the engg. since then i have not either heard from them nor anyone has attended to that problem. I have called the call centre atleast 10 times in the last one month, everytime i have the same answer, some one will call me / attend to it in next 6-8 hours, dont worry. i have an issue with this washing machine, not been able to use it, since its not rectified. Pls help me sort this problem.

This samsung service centre is useless. You call them 100 time to sent the executive for serivce and they will never turn up. i m regreting after buying 3 split AC of 2 tons from Samsung

better trust other company rather than going with Samsung as after sales services is the worst ever seen

i have already posted my complaint about the replacement of my hard disc under warranty submitted to Hemanshu Traders at janalpur the authorised service centre on 16/01/2010 but the replecement is still awaited.
My kids are facing a lot of problems without computer due to their final exam time.

i had a hope that lodging the complaint through your sight my case will be taken care of but till date no replacement or reply is received.
