[Resolved]  Samsung — Complaint for not installing the new microwave oven

I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven on 18/01/2008 from Shakshee Electronics ,Anna Nagr ,Chennai,India .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing the Oven and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than a week.
Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care.If I have to wait for 10 days for a new installation Iam really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!!.

Please help Us !!!!

Samsung — Complaint not resolved even after 8 Months

I have purchased one Samsung i450 mobile phone. Within few months o[censored]sing this problem, it had problems. I submitted my phone for repair at Cee Emm Services, Noida on 04-August-2009 for repair. I was told I will get phoe repaired within 7 days. But when phone was not repaired even in 1 months time, as per Samsung policy I was that, I will be given refund for the same.

Now today even after 8 months I haven't got the refund cheque. I have been continiously calling Area service manager ([protected] Manav, [protected] Vikesh Choudhary, [protected] Vishal ) and Service centre ([protected] Tiwari, [protected] Brijesh Land line[protected],[protected] , they simply reply that I will be getting cheque by today or day after at max. But there is no result.

Sad !!! To say that yr service centre of Mira rd is not responding we have complained last 2nd feb regarding our A/C repair in your service centre ph no: 28131834 Mgr Mr. Bharat Panchal for which i have been given a complaint no. [protected] from that compalined date till today no body has bother to come, inspite of repeated call's.

When we pruchase goods we have been assured that there will be no delay in customer service. So why this delay.

I have given my HDD on 15th Jan 2010, and told me that it takes 1 month time to rectify the problems but unto now my Hard Disk did not come from Mumbai. Already it is the 2nd month .Every time when I call to service center they simple tells me that next week it will be arrive but when I asked the Status of service they are not at all giving any reply and telling that it is in Mumbai.

I am writing to you in the hopes that you will be able to assist me in resolving a problem that to make solve my Hard Disk problem immediately.Otherwise i am bound to go for Consumer Forum and claim against your service.

I have purchase a samsung mobile no.M-200 from Bathinda(Punjab).But before some days i am facing problem in my mobile.Another mobile user is unable to listen my voice.I went to service care centre.But they are unable to resolve the problem.They are not taking responsibilty to repair my mobile under warranty.So you are requested to solve out my problem as soon as possible otherwise i will take a legal action against you.My contact no. is [protected].
It is regretted to inform Samsung, which of course they must be well aware of, that their service is extremely deficient. I bought side by side refrigerator from Unilet, koramangala on14th March 2010. However till date ie 18th March, Samsungs personnel failed to come and install the appliance, though it was delivered on 15th itself. Had I known their service is this bad, I would not have bought their company's product. This attitude of theirs will be their down fall. Every one should do market tesearch including service track record before buying such goods. Let us see how many more days they will take to install the machine.

Another bad experience of SAMSUNG

* Went to OPEN WORLD dealer of Samsung in Gurgaon and asked him to do a site visit before purchasing the AC . Was done by OPEN WORLD and hen we bought AC they told that it can't be installed at this place

* Agreed for payment terms and when we gave the advance then OPEN WORLD turned around and says he needs full payment

Can SAMSUNG DEALERS STOOP DOWN TO such low levels ? This is impacting the credibility of SAMSUNG also

* When the AC was installed didn't work and the complaint is still pending with SAMSUNG

What a pathetic CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ?

Samsung — Complaint# 8403770681 dated 25th March, 2010 - Not attended yet

I am facing cooling problem with my Split AC. For this I have made a complaint in customer care department vide the reference# [protected] dated 25th March, 2010 but no one has taken any action on this yet.

I regularly chased to customer care department but they did not care for me. Now, it is Samsung's liability to solve my problem immediately & compensate me for facing harassment.

Samsung — LCT TV gone bad in1.5yr worth Rs-50,000

Am a customer of Samsung who brought a 50,000 LCD TV and now I landed up here for a complaint on my TV which is 18 months old. I really had a worst experience with Samsung. I have worked with HP computers and this is not the kind of support which we give.

First I called up the customer support agent located in Chennai on 14-Jan-2010. They said that since it’s a public holiday a engineer will come on 15-Jan-2010 for which I too leave and stayed home. But no one turned up. Later on 16-Jan-2010 a technician named “Rajesh” from SunBeam Electronics came, he checked and said that mother-board is gone. He is really one of the worst technician I have ever seen, He dnt knw how to handle my TV and aprt from tat he has made few scratch on my TV Panel. And he asked me to bring that big TV to his service center. How come is it possible 4r me to bring such big TV.



Secondly After questioning then Mr. Prabakaran who is the branch incharge, called me and asked me a chance for the check. He came n took my TV which is really a appreciating effort. He took 10 days. On 28-Jan-2010 one of the staff from the service center had called me and said that my panel is gone, so it may cost 21,000 to repair it. Or else you can change the mother board which will cost 6,000. My god I cannot understand that am sitting here wasted 50,000 buying your TV and now she is calling me and doing marketing. I really cannot understand what is Samsung is off.

Can anyone imagine that I bought a Costly TV which should atleast work fine for atleast 7 years. Now issue has come in 1.8yrs and now you people are asking me money to repair it. My god my god..what a product Samsung is manufacturing. Even my old CRT Philips TV which if of 15 yrs still haven got any issue on that.



One the first day when a technican came to my home for installation, we have asked him whether there are any extended warrant to protect my TV, he said that Samsung is not providing such warranty in TV and he said that we might not required it as samsumg products will not face issue at a max of 7years. And I believed Samsung. But now see what happen.



Thirdly, I have been calling Samsung customer support for many times to speak to a Supervisor,, and I don’t understand why they are not putting. Everytime is ask for a Sup, they say they are busy on another call. So this is how Samsung deals with customer queries. It is understood that either Sup’s are less in ur office or the issue with products were a customer speak to s Sup’s has gone up.



Finally after serious of callback..finally a Sup named as Vidyaa made good attempt by putting the concern person on conference. Mr.Phani was the person who took incharge, Now he has taking of my case and had raised this issue to Head office for approval. Finall Mr. Manoj Kumar – Area Sales Manger has promised me that my issue will be resolved but its been 1 months jus waiting for approval. Everytime I call him for update he jus says that its pending for approval and don’t even have the curtsy to update a customer who had a tough time 4r simple buying a Samsung product. And still am waiting. Is this the kind of support you provide for a customer. While buying you people marketize so much and made me to buy your product as if you take of everything if we buy your TV. Were all those to make a customer as a prey for your product.Well I was about to sed mail a month ago as since few gentle took some intitave step I hold back and now back again.



By this time the person who reads my complaint who have understand my agongy for such a long story. Can anybody understand my agony for buying a50k TV an having issue in 1.5 – 1.8 yr and facing all these problem for buying a Samsung product.



And now it been 2 months and nothing is happen to my TV. and my Tv is lying down like a garbage in the service center and am without any Tv which i brought for some entertainment but it falied ....What a fantastic support.

Ill tell you when I was buying I has a option of buying a Sony and Samsung. Eventhough Sony was cheaper I went for Samsung for the Tech spec. But now see where am landed. Hereafter I have decide not to ever buy a Samsung product in my life. Now only that you website is horrible not even able to registed my product or chat to technician online. If is not working then why do you give such options.

Are you trying to fool customers.

Now my TV is lying as a pice of junk garbage in the Service center. Ihave given my TVon Jan and this is April.Still now they have not taken any action. The Offical like the Area Sales manager Mr. Manoj Kumar does'nt even bother to attend my call and if attend he jus hungs up giving all kind of false promise.

Since this is India all these things are happening. If it was USA, the company would have been sue for thing they have done vit my product.

Samsung has a pathetic service. I had lodged a complaint regarding my split AC cooling. with vigouros follow up with the caal centre for 10 days, no one turned up. Finally I have to call an local person to get it repaired.
The worst part the service centre nor the call centre people never called up also to find the status.
This is what the status of SAMSUNG service.

I highly reccommend not to purchase any more samsung products
