[Resolved]  Samsung — Complaint for not installing the new microwave oven

I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven on 18/01/2008 from Shakshee Electronics ,Anna Nagr ,Chennai,India .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing the Oven and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than a week.
Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care.If I have to wait for 10 days for a new installation Iam really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!!.

Please help Us !!!!

Samsung — A/C repair

I have registered a complaint with Samsung. Complaint number is [protected]. The complaint is pending from the 28thof March 2010 and till date no action has been taken. The service center in Pune is useless and some action needs to be taken against them

I have similar complaints. I had bought a Samsung washing machine from Capital Electronics Kolkata. The store at the time of delivery registered an installation request with Samsung. Although the installation person called me several times and said he will be attending the installation, but never turned up. And finally on the 4rth day he cancelled the installation request on the pretext that I did not receive his calls on.

This is the last time I have bought a Samsung product.

Not working properly, switching off after every few minutes.From last eight months they not accepting the complaint, they told they will give my money back and then after that no response from them and the area manager is also not giving any response to me I am very upset of the Service.Vashi Service Center, Navi Mumbai.
poor service after sales
I have purchased an split a.c 1.5 ton of samsung company. It is almost one year but no one came for service except once that to after calling n no. of times through the shopkeeper(from where we purchased the split a.c. As a matter of fact the company never ever bothered to make call for free service. after a long span of times we made a complaint and the complaint, the complaint no. is [protected] dated 04.4.10. pl. do something so that the problem of the ac may be sorted out. Its very embarrassing that such a big brand don't even pay attention on the sales after service. I am hopeful my complaint will be sorted as its earliest.till now mo body has contacted.
I regularly chased to customer care department but they did not care for me. Now, it is Samsung's liability to solve my problem immediately & compensate me for facing harassment.
I fully agree with others Samsung is having pathetic service .It's Split ac started malfunctioning within a month & till date i am sufferring . the connection pipe is of aluminium & now they are insisting to chnage it for which they are asking for payment . pathetic. any body Having Email of Top Officials of samsung may pl forward it to me

Dear Sir,
I bought my Samsung Split AC last year. The product has not given me satisfactory performance even during warranty period or outside the warranty period.
Within warranty period, gas leaked out 3 times, and most of the times in blistering summer I was continuously following up with your call centre to get repair done.
Even , the compressor had a break down 4 times in a period of six months. Even after that cooling was never effective in this Samsung product.
I reported a problem of AC not working and your service team recommended to replace the product but no action was taken. My AC again stopped functioning after 2 days and your service engineer told me to get my voltage stabilizer checked, after I logged complaint at call centre for the 3rd time in less than a week's time. I got my voltage stabilizer checked from an external agency . Even after that, my AC worked only for 1 day and stooped functioning again. I had to log another complaint .
I am extremely nervous about the level of product quality Samsung has provided, along with the worst workmanship shown during repairs. My product has not been made functional even after 3 repairs in ten days. 4th repair is under progress, without any timeline to finish. I am really worried that I will have to spend most of this summer, again, in calling up Samsung Service Centres for one or another problem in this Samsung AC. In doing this, I am spending my precious time and energy; apart from phenomenal discomfort due to non functioning of this product.
Actually, I should do that for the poor product quality as well since this product itself is unable to perform since the time it was bought. Your service records should tell you the entire history, if you have good service data management.
Please take a note of this and ensure that workmanship improves significantly so that repeat problems and customer harassment can be avoided.
There is a request from my side to kindly replace my air conditioner . Hope for an early response.......

I fully agree these buggers don't have any service department. I am having samsung split AC and requested for free service at call centre, but from last 15days taking appointment from [censored]in engineers and requesting them to attend my call but all in vein... Also call centre guys are of not much help... Any body having number/email Id of Top officials please share .. I want to make these undertand what a customer feels when doesn't get attended...

Samsung — complaint unheard

I've been constantly reminding of my grievances telephonically and through this company's column as well which they supposedly call "feedback"! My samsung 2 ton window air conditioner is not working, whose complaints I've already lodged with several times (BP no. [protected], date[protected], ( since 2 yrs problem has occured after the servicing is done, which is may be due to improper servicing) but it has all gone in vain!.. the consumer's complaints have been snubbed and avoided and now I tell all my frinds and relatives not to follow samsung products!....I'm getting really frustrated now. and also wish to publish my grievance with newspapers or other media!.......I hope this time my complaint wont be given a deaf ear!

Samsung India — New Refrigerator not installed

I purchased Samsung refrigerator on 18th April. I called up the customer care number of times but nobody visited to either instal the product or to give demo. Very bad state of affairs. Tired of calling customer care of Samsung.

Samsung Split A.C 1.5 Ton — Not Cooling

It is new A.C. After installation, it is not cooling. Service Engineer has checked but could not find out the gas leakage. I think the unit is defective one and get it changed. But dealer has not changed it so far and sending another engineer.
I booked 1.5 ton split AC (AS-182-SSB of Samsung) with Saffron Tradelink Ahmedabad - Challlan dated 9th April 2010. Even after 2 weeks the authorised dealer is not able to commit any date of delivery of the product - reason he says is company problems. Customer Care Centre is found to be helpless. Till date no communication w.r.t. expected date of delivery or cancellation of order. It is surprising that such a big brand company is apathetic to customer concern.

Samsung Microwave — Complaint not resolved since last 6 months

Got new Samsung microwave - but set of inner trays were missing from the packet, without which its of no use. Since December 2009 I have raised the request, but getting only one response " Engineer will get back to you", but till date NO REPLY.

Samsung — No Service Support for the product under warranty

Pathetic state of handling the customer service complaint
My Split AC is under warantee. I have logged a service complaint on 16th April no # [protected]. I am following it everyday as i am not able to use the AC in this scorching summer. The Contact center promises the Engineer visit in every instant, however no one turned up till today 23rd April.
I havn't come across such a poor service delivery in any equipment that i purchased other than Ssmsung.
please ask them to repair please .. don't just say sorry in every time you interact with customers like me.

I have purchased SAMSUNG OMNIA PRO B7320 in Feb 2010, as per the add and brochure it has lots of features like INTERNET, GPS but internet and GPS these function's are not working with it i complaint the same to the Merchant he is tellng that problem is with your Connection provider but i have used it with vodafone , Reliance, BSNL, BSNL 3G but internet is not working. No one is listening my complaint please help me in the matter or tell what else i do to get my complaint in consumer forum court.

Samsung — substandard product

I have bought a samsung external DVD drive...Within a period of 2 months it got damaged..The funny thing is that I had only writed 3 discs in that period of time.....
Also I have a dell laptop whose internal DVD drive is samsung made which got damaged in a period of 10 months....
When I called customer care they told me that u have to wait for 2,3 weeks to get the product repaired..."Note that the product is repaired not replaced".

From this it is clear that SAMSUNG DVD Drives are very very poor in quality...I also know some of my friends experience with this substandard product.....I think they quit making this low quality products and stop cheating the customers...

This is to inform you that I am Dipesh Dutta, I have purchased Samsung
Micro Oven (Model No:-CE 1031LFB, Serial no:-8527) on 17/04/2010 from
FACTS & FIGURES (Kanchrapara, West Bengal) Tax-Invoice Number is 0224.

I have faced a lot of problem and harassment for the Demonstration
issue.
For your reference my BP No is:-[protected] & My Transaction no. is [protected].

I called to PARJAS ENTERTAINMENT PVT.LTD.(Ph:-[protected],
KRISHNANAGAR, WEST BENGAL) on 23/04/2010 for Demonstration purpose,
then they told me that they will come on next day(24/04/2010).

But on 24/04/2010(at 2.29 PM from mobile:-[protected]) I asked them by
phone when the Person will visit for Demonstration purpose, they told
me that on 24/04/2010 they have no another service call at Kalyani (My
Home town, pin-741235) so they can’t visit on that day. After that they
confirmed me that they will come for Demonstration purpose on
26/04/2010 at first hour. For take confirmation I called them again
24/04/2010(at 2.36 PM from mobile:- [protected]) and told them that I
am a working person so after their confirmation I will take leave on
26/04/2010, for the Demonstration purpose only, they confirmed me
twice. Then I took leave on 26/04/2010.

But when I called to PARJAS ENTERTAINMENT PVT.LTD. on
26/04/2010 (at 10.16 am from mobile:-[protected]), they told me that
they have no another service call at Kalyani so they can’t visit on
today, they will come on next Wednesday(28/04/2010).

I am using the Samsung Products which are given below:-

1. CRT TV Plano(code No:-2H6D195)
2. Samsung Star Mobile(Model:-GT-S5233A, IMEI:-354369/03/014080/1)
3. Samsung Mobile(Model:-SGH-C230, IMEI:-357168/00/341077/0)
4. Samsung Bluetooth Headset(Model:-WEP250, Serial No:[protected]

Previously when we getting service from Digitech Service(ASC Multi)
(BARRACKPUR, WEST BENGAL), we don’t facing this kind of wrong
commitment or any harassment.

I have good faith and Customer satisfaction on Samsung Service, but
unfortunately the service of PARJAS ENTERTAINMENT PVT.LTD. is really
worst. As a Customer I can’t expect this kind of wrong commitment or
harassment from Samsung.

In this regards, I have a question if I have problem with my Micro
Oven or TV but there is no service call at my city Kalyani for PARJAS
ENTERTAINMENT PVT.LTD.(Samsung service provider) then should I have to
wait for another service call at my city? Is it the service of
Samsung?

For a fruitful result and Positive action I called to Customer representatives 3 times(phone no:[protected] on today 26/04/2010(calling time10.27 am, 3.11 pm & 5.58 pm from mobile:-[protected]) regarding the Demonstration issue for Micro oven, The 3nos Customer representatives also logged my call and make me sure that the Samsung Engineer will come on today (26/04/2010) evening at 8 to 9.30 pm.(They also commit that the Engineer is in way)

But till now I have not get any positive step from Their end. No one attend for Demonstration.

I am waiting for your valuable reply and positive feed back.
