[Resolved]  Samsung — Complaint for not installing the new microwave oven

I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven on 18/01/2008 from Shakshee Electronics ,Anna Nagr ,Chennai,India .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing the Oven and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than a week.
Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care.If I have to wait for 10 days for a new installation Iam really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!!.

Please help Us !!!!

Dear sir, This is inform you that my samsung plano tv is not working since june 2008. A complaint had been lodged and the service personal attended but they could not rectify the problem.they tried for two times but were not successful.The set is down and the service engineer told that there is no sound as one IC is not available.My family members has to suffer because of this.the same thing was communicated to one of your staff mr. SUSOMEN but till date there has been no response. I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible. I had purchased a Samsung Micro Wave Oven on[protected] from your distributor
M/s Radionics Home Appliances, Kalpetta, Kerala, India. The model No. is Samsung Micro Wave Oven QW 71x.

From the date of purchase we had used this oven only for heating food and water. It was not at all used for its other capabilities like grilling, making of cakes etc. Some days back the inside coating had started to come off. I had complained this to your distributor and your representative had come to my house. He had taken photographs of the same and conveyed to us that he shall send this peculiar fault to his higher ups.

After some days I got an SMS from [protected] saying that my Complaint had been registered with BP No. [protected].

On[protected] at 9.55 PM IST your representative had called me. He conveyed to that since the guarantee period is over to fix the problem I had to pay nearly INR 2, 000/-. I had conveyed to him that cost of fixing the fault is not my concern. I don’t mind spending to fix the problem but whether the same fault will appear in future. I specifically had asked him to fix the problem but I want in writing from Samsung as to how and why this problem had occurred ?

Today ie.[protected] at 11.550 AM IST I got an SMS from [protected] stating that my call had been cancelled as Repair cost had not been approved by me. How ridiculous and irresponsible !!!

Pls. bear in mind that I am writing this letter NOT TO GET COMPENSATION or TO GET ANY FAVOURS FROM SAMSUNG. But I want to know how & why this had happened that too from an Internationally renowned Company like Samsung.

Hope you will look into the matter as this is a question of your QUALITY CONTROL and CUSTOMER SATISFATION.

i have purchased a samsung mobile last year " Samsung Slik SGH - J600 " IMEI No. [protected] on 30/10/07 from Panipat Haryana - India, the problem is after using it for 2-3 months the keypad stopped working and software was also not working properly, i submitted the mobile to samsung service center in panipat " ACE Services Model Town panipat " they comitted the date that i will get the mobile within 10 days but i recieved after almost 2 months . and now after using is for another 2-3 months i am facing another probem - 1) Mobile switches off automatically 2) though the mobile is on but if somebody calls, it shows that mobile has been switched off though it is on 3) if we put the slider up then again it switches off . in just a span of 10 months i am facing a problem again and submit the mobile today dated 26-08-08, they comitted that it will take 10 days but i am not sure of it . please help me out on this as i dont think set is ok and please replace it with a new set ..
i want samsung customer care number in pune
I have purchase a fully automatic front loading washing machine on 13.11.2007 and the machine stopped working suddenly.I have made a customer compaint number [protected] dated 23.08.2008.The engineer named Ravo visited my place and informed that a parts needs to be changed and he will get back to us the next day.We asked for his number which he didnt give.
Now its almost 5 days neither he turned up nor he bothered to inform .I dont know what to do.I have again contacted the helpline number but the answer is the same that the engineer will get back.

May I know when will my machine be attended and repaired ?

We bought a samsung RA23YV from Dawar International - Gurgaon on July 15, 2008. From the very initial period we are constantly facing a problem - once the door is closed it gets stuck and would not open for atleast 10 mins. It seems vacuum gets created and all our strength becomes useless to open it. We have complained twice (Complaint No[protected]. We are told this this is due to moisture and were given some temporary ways to get rid of the problem. However, none of them worked and we still continue to face the problem. If moisture content in the environment is the major reason, I wonder why this is applicable only to our refrigerator. None other in our locality is facing this problem. Request please look into this matter very seriously and if possible please find a way to replace this unit. Being a new refrigerator, we are very much concerned about this problem. As you would understand this is a recurring problem and we are facing tremendous dif! ficulty in day-to-day usage.Looking forward to your support in resoving this issue.

Samsung — loss of my mobile hand set

while on travelling in state transport bus somebody has stolen my samsung[protected] hand set.the number i used was [protected].the next day i got the duplicate sim still i am using the number. the set number is [protected].when i contact the samsung people they told me contact the serviceprovider.can you track my mobile. already made a complaint near policestation.please do the need trhe needfull.

I have bought SAMSUNG 21inches colour TV on[protected] @ trichy. After few months, i had a problem like colour changes in the screen. So, i gave a complaint on service center on[protected]. Then the service team came and do some work and went. After three months, i had same problem. Again i called sevice center and registered the complaint.. number is ([protected]). Then service team came and took the TV to their service center on[protected], they taken three days for service... they said like the picture tube has gone, we replaced it now, so here after no problem will occour on[protected]... But after that i had same problem.. then i called to the service center( 3rd time).. i registered my complaint... but still i didnt get any response fron your service center.. I dont know, how step forward this... Really i fedup.. Please make a quick arrangement to solve my problem..
We have send the below mail to the mail id krishna.[protected]@partner.samsung.com twice but there is no action taken from there end and faxed the same bill to the number given by the service executive. You are requested to look into the matter and solve it as early as possible.


We have already mailed you the copy of the bill of the samsung fax machine installed in safderjung hospital but till date there is no action taken from your end. We are again sending you the copy of the bill and you are requested to do the needful on urgent basis as the customer is now very irretated after looking the service provided by the samsung.

Dear Sir,

My name is Varun Bhardwaj. I am writing this mail from Bangalore about my T.V set which is in Mathura, U.P. I am bound to do so because no one at that place is giving proper service to my family. Moreover service executive of Samsung creates a lot of problems for us.

I have a T.V set which is not in warranty now. We were facing some problem I that so we made request to service centre. An executive came to our place and told us that there are a little bit problems so he will do it hr only later on as he doesn’t have the required part right now. After some time on 11th august he again came and told my family hat he have to bring some part from my television to service centre and he will repair it and give back us soon. But for 10 days we didn’t have any call from him. After that when we traced him he told us sir it’s not repairable and give us back that part on 29th of august.

My father went to service centre and complaint about it but nobody giving proper response then he made a call on customer care and registered the complaint as complaint no is [protected]. Service centre executive assure my father that very soon they will resolve this issue. But nobody contacted us till now. And my T.V. set is still not repaired.

As your service executive changed his statements a lot of time. First he told us it’s repairable and have a minor problem then after 18 days he told us hat it’s not repairable now. And for those 18 days he kept my T.V. parts. So I am very sure his act is not trustful and he must theft something and now just because of his own profit he give us back wrong or faulty part which is not repairable as per his second 4th statement. We are bearing such type of service from Samsung. Is it the service strategy of Samsung?

In 18days he changed his statement a lot of time. And I am sure that he tempered my TV. Parts. Customer care executive assured my father that an executive will visit my place and he will see what that executive did to our TV set. Soon nobody came to my place and from last 30 days we are just waiting

So it’s a request to resolve this issue or I will be bound to go to consumer court and write to senior authorities of Samsung. I am very much frustrated no one is giving proper response. Because I didn’t receive any satisfactory reply and resolution till now.

I hope you will resolve this issue soon.

i had problem with my Samsung TV 29 Inch
it is just 4 years old
after filing compalint with samsung service centre
i hardly recievd any feedback
it is very hard to believe that comapny like Samsung provides such a disastrous service,
i am not able to get anyone to check my televisin yet, it isalost 7 days
i dont know if this the way of working of Samsung,
I am plaaning to exchange it for some other brand as i dont beleive its serive if anything goes bad in future
i have purchased Samsung J150 one month back and i am very unhappy on my decision to switch over from Nokia as the said model of Samsung is performing like a non branded chinese set.
The battery back up is very poor and one unique major problem is -it automatically power off/restarts while making calls or messaging, which creates a big problem along with confusions.i have complained this to the person from whom i have purchased the set but he said it is the common feature which i found correct after enquiring with other Samsung mobile users.I really wish to change my set but unable to do so as i am not economically sound and also got the same set as a gift from my mother.kindly do the best possible solution for which i ll be ever grateful..

Samsung — for a PUK code

I unched in wrong PIN number and it got blocked. Then it is asking for a PUK code. My mobile number is [protected]. I am from bangalore.

We had bought a samsung cdma phone SCH-F679. on .17.06.2008. After one month is started giving problem..the screen turned white.

The local Samsung service centre in moti nagar after repeated visits said we are unable to repair it and you go to nehru place service centre.

We then went all the way to nehru place which is 35kms away and deposited the phone on 3/9/2008 with assurance that it will be repaired in a week. Our work order number is [protected] dated 3/9/08 token 101.

And even after repeated effort to contact regarding the status we are told that it will take more time and parts are not available.

Please explain that way even after one month of you are unable to repair the phone. And of course the warranty period is also going away.

I have suffered a lot of pain, loss and agony due to this deficient service on your part. I feel being cheated by a big company of your repute.

I would like to demand a refund of my money or a brand new replacement immediately. I have lost faith in your products, it’s ability to provide me good service and unfit for use.

Please let me know once and for all finally, if you are taking any immediate and urgent action to resolve this matter or would like us to take legal action and approach the designated authority for justice on the matter.

Samsung — PUK disabled,card blocked

i kept on giving diff PUK but ididnt know the PUK code nor the pincode

I had purchased a samsung ctv 2 inches 40% slimmer with whoopher in feb 2008. since las one month it was creating a problem. so i had given a complaing. the complaing was attended and one of my part was taken a 20 days back. since then neither they are replacing the part nor any standby has been given yet. when contacted to the service provider at kalyan, they are always telling to give 3 more days. now even after 20 days and even talking to the tall free number nothing has been done. i don't know what type of service they are providing. i can rate it as "GHATIYA". every body had insisted to me buy LG but i went for this, now i am feeling bad. i will tell all i know that not to buy any samsung product. also i am going to consumer court. i will see that the samsung sale in kalyan is no more or less. i don't know if the part is not available then why they are not replacing the tv.

samsung d -840 — worst customer care

products parts r not avaialable at customer servicecentres they dont make it sure tht cel wud b fine and they d have ay service centres even.worst experience to buy samsng product
i had submitted a 40 gb samsung harddisk which is in warrenty at vijayawada service center on[protected]. I didn't get the repaired or replaced one from samsung. I know It could take 4 to 5 days for replacement. segate technologies and other companies are providing the replacements winh in 3 to 4 days. I dont know the reason for this delay. its poor service from samsung.
