[Resolved] Samsung — Complaint for not installing the new microwave oven

I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven on 18/01/2008 from Shakshee Electronics ,Anna Nagr ,Chennai,India .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing the Oven and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than a week. Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care.If I have to wait for 10 days for a new installation Iam really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!!. Please help Us !!!! my samsung galaxy r is almost two years old...now it isn't starting...the samsung care executive tells that motherboard is dead ns they ll take 8000rs to repair it...in the warranty period they had repair it twice...it was the worst investment on samsung...i ll never buy a samsung phone now

Samsung — 6 months accessory replacement warranty reg.

The samsung grand mobile I bought last October and the mobile is dead slow now.evn the contacts are getting loaded after a minute. Last day my head phone jack was broken. Samsung provided 6 months accesories waranty and they are not replacing it now.

Samsung — Samsung AC not working.

I had bought a new SAMSUNG AC which is of 1.5Ton. From the day 1 the AC is not working and the room is not getting cooled even if I run the AC with 16 degree temp for 8 hours. Service is also not good from SAMSUNG they don't even care about the customer complaints. PLEASE DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG AC.

Got a bad product

Washing machine did not work from 09/06/2016.

I have complained on 09/06/2016. my service request was[protected]. service enginer mr.tapos look after that problem and change motor on 1/06/2016. due to load-shading we can not check machine that day but today i.e 14/06/2016 when i want to wash cloths i face the same problem.
