[Resolved]  Samsung — Complaint for not installing the new microwave oven

I have bought a Samsung Microwave Oven on 18/01/2008 from Shakshee Electronics ,Anna Nagr ,Chennai,India .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing the Oven and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than a week.
Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care.If I have to wait for 10 days for a new installation Iam really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!!.

Please help Us !!!!

I had locked a call on 30th March and reopened it again on 24th April as I haven't received the
service I'm looking for even after calling the engineers several times. They have stopped responding
to my complaints and I'm looking forward to escalate this and am very disappointed. The metal
attaching the base of my monitor (Syncmaster 510N) to the monitor has broken and needs replacement.
Dear Sir,

I have Parched Samsung Split A/C AS 18 UTA Max Gold 1.50 Ton from Vivek Vadapalani Shop @ 26500 /-on 25/04/09.

Vivek Service Center people Mr. Balaji (Under Mr. Siva Kumar) came and installed on Mon-day 27/04/09 and I have paid for Installing Rs 2400/- + 100 for water tube (Rs 2500/-) for that my job no is 220447 @ Vivek Service.

After Cleaning my room I have switch on @ 7.00 pm on 27/04/09 and fixed the temperature @ 16*c but unto till morning 7.30 am Therese is no cooling in my room.

Kindly pls send your people to rectify my problem or take necessary action.

I have bought a samsung AC from Better Deal Janak Puri Book no 240, Recd no 11964 on 09.10.2008. I have lodged a complaint with service centre dt 24.04.2009 . Since then there is no response from the service centre till date.As such, if I call the toll free number they use to say that service engineer will call you within 2 hours, This was happening for the past 4 days.
I am very fedup for samsung product like TV & Air Conditioner, I have never expected this king of response from samsung better shop selling AC, If samsung is not capable of giving at least better service.

Samsung — Defaulty LCD in less than 2 years of Purchase

I had bought a 32 inch Samsung LCD Tv in June 07, being a Samsung fan for years i decided to go for this one too

To my horror the TV gave up last week, the engineer visited and conmfortable said - The repair will cost you Rs 25000 only

How can a product which costed me 52000 just 2 years back give up and ask for a repair, when an estimated life of a TV is atleast 10 years ...

Need someone to listen - The Costomer care just does not know what to answer to my queries...

Samsung — since more than 45 days complaint not resolved

Dear Sir,
I have registered my complaint to Samsung India on thier No.vide complaint number[protected] on tel no.[protected] on 23.03.2009. The customer care has sent thier engineer two times come and noted the model number and they told that the model production is stopped and in whole india its material /parts are not availbale.I have purchased the rereigerator 5/6 year back only. On the website they have not provided any email id for customer care to lodge any complaint. Next time I have to think before purchase of Samsung products. Will you pl take the matter through proper channel.

I purchased samsung single door refrigrator from Reliance Digital, Hyderabad on 25.04.2009 after delivered on 26.04.2009 to my house I opened the carton box in the back side water outlet box above the compressor is broken I immeditely phoned to reliance digital and they came next day. After that reliance digital people has forwarded the message to Samsung people and after two days i.e. 30.04.2009 samsung technition came and saw the problem. He told that he will replace the plastic box (water outlet box). Now we do not want that refrigrator with diffect. No body purchase a defect products. we requested the Reliance digital to exchange the product and any amoutn is excess we will pay. Now already 12 days over they are still delaying the problem.

The only blunder mistake is puchase samsung product. Samsung people are happy why because they got their money and sold the product and the dealer reliance digital also happy becaseu they got their commission / profit and the sufferer is the customer.

Whether can I get new refrigrator or not I do not know. The refrigrator is lying in my house since 12 days.

Samsung — Mobile phone SGH-A411

Battery will not hold charge for 48 hours.Phone was sent to repair where battery was REPLACED and tested.Amazingly, still will not hold charge.Samsung complaints advise to return to repair.This costs AUD$10.60 for every trip, with no hope of recompense.Sorry, that is company policy.
I have an old Nokia that has been sitting for three years.I switched it on.FIVE DAYS WORTH.If I could get my money back I would buy a guess what?Never again anything made by Samdidnotsingverywell.

On that time there is a New year offer for that above product, It was "Buy samsung 26" LCD and get Airtel Digital TV free " . This was the nice offer announced by the Branded Samsung.

But, we yet to receive any Air Tel digital TV and any information or any intimation from the above product. A day before i called the samsung customer care for realise the status for the above. They given a Ref No :[protected].and asked me to call the Air tel Customer care.

From this reference, i made a call to Air Tel for the status, But they are not give me a good results or status, they simply tell " That the offer is expired". i was really stunned .They told me, that offer was on only one month .

it was not my mistake, several times i asked to the shop keeper for about this, but they told, , don't worrring about this .it should come to your home soon. From these words from your distributor make me not serious about this.

Today i went to the Shop Keeper (Samsung Distributor) and asked about this issue, they gave a Coupan No of AIr tel Digital TV :[protected] and asked me to make a call to Airtel Customer Service.

But, the customer care from Airtel Simply says It Was expired...

i am the regular customer of samsung electronics, Before this issue i would never suffered from samsung products But this issue is really affect me seriously

So, What i Can do for this ?

Why i could suffer for that ?
What is the Source to receive it ?

I informed this to the dealer and a service person came and attended. But the condition of the set is remaining same.



So request you good self to take necessary arrangements to replace the set at on early date.

SAMSUNG - Microwave oven — Installation not yet happened

I purchased a samsung Microwave on 21st arpil 2009 from Vivek's showroom in Bangalore K. H. Road.
Till today nobody has turned to install the product. I have been following up with the Samsung Customer care and till today nobody has been able to solve the problem. repeated phone calls to the customer care is gone in vain the company seems to take no interest in this matter .

Samsung — problem for new LCD TV stand

Sir,
I Shruti Rode, i have bought new samsung LCD Television on date 28/04/09.
model no- L26A450
SR no- 01224,
It's stand is not of proper size and no one came from company for demo.
Please help me immediately.
My personal advice is don't buy samsung products here after. They will not come for any service at all, but every time after getting the call with great difficulty they will tell you some one will come tomorrow for service. It is a cheating answer. your call will be never be attended. So it is better to avoid buying the samsung products here after.
Most pathetic servicde from Samsung India. I have called Samsung Customer Service as my Split AC is not working. I lodged my complaint on 18th May 09 but today is 22/05/09 and nobody has turned up. I have called multiple times but nobody still there. I even called the Managers mobile number that was provided to me by Customer Service but he was also the same.

Worst is a small world for Samsung, nobody should ever buy Samsung.

I have raised a complaint against my samsung washing machine on the 11th May

And here is the story...

A generic problem where the washing machine's water controller is not functioning properly

12th May no response

13th may -i call your call centre and someone told me a engineer will come and check

13th Evening -A person by name Gyanesh come and checks and says that he needs to take the washing machine to the service centre

14th -No response from anyone

15th -i called the call centre and spoke to a lady called Jaya...She assured me that a vehicle will come and take the WAShing Machine and truly my machine was picked up and taken with the assurance the machine will be returned back in working condition in 3 working days


19th May -I called the Service centre and they told the machine is not ready and told it will be ready on 20th

20th May -i spoke to a guy called devendra and he said 21st May

21st May -i call the service centre and also the Samsung toll free number -Again i was told tommoroow

22nd May -Called theservice centre and also Samsung toll free number-Again i was told tommorow

23rd May -Called the service centre and samsung centre and after making a big hungama -they sent the machine back saying its fine -Within 20 min of bringing the washing machine i checked the same and the same problem exists


I really cant understand what was done with my machine in the service centre for 1 week and i stand to face the same problem again

I have spoken to Devendra/Jaya /Krishna /Gyanesh on this issue and no one has been able to give us a response till date

Hopeless service and worst customer service -I really think how customers are still buying any samsung product after such worst experiences ... in terms of customer service

I think it super high time to close your company in India

Never in my life again i will buy a samsung product or recomend one to any of my collegues /friends/Relatives

That was the greatest mistake i did well i would in future do advise all my friends and wellwishers not to opt any SAMSUNG products i shall make it sure that no one turns up in SAMSUNG
