[Resolved]  Samsung — monitor repair

Sir my LCD was throwing red colour at very large amount in April 2010.It was repaired by the service center but after that it's button kit of adjusting the colours, brightness, conttrast & so on is not working from last two months I have been contacted to dealer & service center for 12 times still they are not giving the response to me.As i am learning in Computer Engineering I need it every time.So please give the solution.The LCD model number is 732NW.

Dear Sir,
I have given my Samsung Camcoder V.P.DCL 731 at yours authorised service centre "Micro Electronics, 18 Lalpat Kunj, Napier Town, jabalpur (M.P.) for repair on 16.03.2011.The work order no is 264.
But, till today they have not given any positive answer about status of my camcoder.Kindly do the needful action.
