[Resolved] Samsung — Refrigerator - Compressor fault | |||
I bought a double door refrigerator about 2 years back, which went faulty last month around 27th August. A compliant was registered through Toll Free # 30308282 and obtained Service Ticket # [protected]. Their appointed technician visited home and diagonized fault of Compressor and said that this will get rectified within a week. A week afterwards and till today whenver we call, their standard answer is "new compressor yet to be sourced". At times when we call and provide the service ticket number, the telephone line is getting disconnected automatically. Between 27/08 to till date, i would have called atleast 50 times and no response being provided. With this compliant I wish to recommend general public not to buy or think 1000 times before buying Samsung Refrigerator. Let you be not another scapgoat of buying Samsung products.
