Dear Sir /Madam, This has reference to the above mentioned complaint of Model No. RT28GCPS1/CTL/2012, Type: Frost Free Refrigerator, Gross Vol : 277 Ltr, Serial No. RO594PAC500292K and this fridge have purchased in the month of April 2013. First I have complained for the month of August and gave me complaint no. [protected]. You had sent your person after 5 days on the complaint date. After the repairing, fridge cooling is working on that day after that there is no cooling and again I have complained and complained no. [protected] dtd 07.09.13. Please note I have complained on 07.09.13 and your person came on 9th night at 8 ' clock after that we are facing same problem i.e. there is no cooling in fridge. Today again have complained but not getting complaint no. and am facing too much problem and too much lost of Fish, chicken, Milks, Vegetable, food items etc....and you have to pay these damaged things. We need to replace this fridge otherwise we will go to consumer court. Yesterday (11.09.13) has already sent complaint letter but still not received any reply from your side.
