Dear Sir/Mam, I have purchase a Mobile Phone Samsung Duos GT-B5722 in 21st February 2010 costing 9000.00 Rs., i was purchasing this handset for internet communication and using net applications, after purchasing this phone is not working with the Software. all service center's engineers are telling me this is the manufacturing problem they can't do anything in this. now i am very tired with this phone. I have purchase a Mobile Phone Samsung Duos GT-B5722 in 30th November 2010 costing 8200.00 Rs., i was purchasing this handset for internet communication and using net applications, after purchasing this phone is not working with the Software. all service center's engineers are telling me this is the manufacturing problem they can't do anything in this.
now i am very tired with this phone.
