Samsung / Galaxy 5 Mobile — mobile replacement | |||
Respected sir/ mam i had bought a handset of samsung galaxy 5 on 16/09/2010 and ihad a problem on 15/10/2010 and i gave it samsung mobile service centre (panjim) of having aproblem of speaker which gives a echo sound and they told me that they will call me the next day to tell the exact problem but they did't call for i called and asked them the problem they said we have to see the software or they have to change the mother board my demand was to them instead doing all that to replace me with a new handset since it just 1 month old they said they cant do it and the very same day i called the manager but till today he did not call me my job card no 1045 given on 15/10/2010 if they are not getting back to me on this i will complain in the consumer forum Was this information helpful? | |||
