Samsung / Galaxy R — Bad Quality and Worst customer care | |||
I bought Samsung galaxy R and on the 10th day of its purchase its internal speaker stopped working and i hangs 10 times a day And worst part is their customer care, I called the executive and he said i will not replace do what ever you can. I bought a SG R in Dec 2011 from Bangalore @ 21000 INR, The set used to hang and restart many a times all through from.
by last month it got dead all of a sudden.
I took it to service, and they are doing the repair now - hefty amount of close to 10k???
I m worried about the repair also - that again if it goes to bad condition/dead same way?? - not knowing about the growing complaints i gave it to repair.
