[Resolved] Samsung Galaxy S I9000 — Poorer instrument with faulty motherboard | |
Dear Sir Re : Malfunctioning of Samsung Galaxy S I9000 Mobile Phone I purchased from your showroom one Samsung Galaxy S I9000 vide your invoice no VLP 120341 dated 14 th Dec 2010 costing Rs31000. Since the mobile was not recognized when connected to PC for data transfer, I approached Samsung Service centre @ Hilife Mall Santacruz East. They were not in a position to diagnose the problem; they directed me to get in touch with their Service station @ Khira nagar Santacruz I had been to the Khira nagar service centre on 24th Dec 2011 , I was told that they need to download the Android 2.2 and I was asked to leave the piece with them and come after an hour. When I returned they told me that they could not download as there was problem with mother board. I was informed by their service head Mr Agnel Xavier that it needs to be replaced & he would be arranging in a couple of days for the replacement. Since I did not hear from Mr Xavier for the past 3 days, today with great difficulty I could reach him in the afternoon and he informed me he would arrange the refund and that it would take 40-45 days for replacement. It is totally unprofessional way of dealing with the customer and I would not like to wait that long and hence request you to refund the money. So, I lodged my complaint on December 27, 2010 with Sony Money , Vileparle / Mr Agnel Xavier Samsung Service @ Khira nagar ( mobile [protected]) / Mr Sohib , Samsung Customer Zonal Head ( mobile : [protected] ) and none of them bothered to either replace the piece or refund the money and it is over 3 months since I am stuck with the useless piece. Incidentally I learn that Samsung has discontinued this model and both Xavier & Sohib are avoiding my call Seek your intervention to get my money back with 16% interest and any redressal as you deem fit, , for delaying the refund and for Samsung’s don’t care approach Was this information helpful? | |

Planet M — Phone not given to me after repair since 1 month now
Hi,My name is Sushil Thukral. I had purchased Galaxy S i9000 from Planet M Amar Colony Centre last July, Everything was working fine till the One Year Warranty Period by Samsung. Second year warranty has been given by Planet M.
Around 3rd September I found that my phone is getting switched off on its own, so I thought to contact the Service people of Planet M since the second year warranty has started. I have handled the phone to Planet M guys on 5th September 2011 .
I received the phone after 20 days, again after 3 days same problem started, I gave it again to Planet M. It was last to last wednesday that is 28th September I gave the phone to them and after that I am mailing and trying to talk to them continuously but there is no reply from them about the status of the phone.
Sumit from Planet M is not picking the phone and when I met him he said " mere paas chattis sau customero kay phone aate hain, wo mere upar hai main kiska phone uthaoon kiska nahin". This is the attitude of this man.
Its a 28000 rupees phone I had purchased from them, I even dont know the status of the phone or where it is. The attitude of the people has started paining me now.
I want to put a complaint on them since these people are acting too smart and dont feel customer is anything.
