I bought the phone around the new year. since then the motherboard has been replaced twice, other than that, the phone has been to the service center two more times for some or the other problem. When there is so much problem why cant it be replaced. I am sick and tired of requesting them but no use. I had to stay without the phone for approx a month in all.
I am really upset with the phone. I wanted a phone replacement but again I have been asked to give my phone at the service center.
The phone has been to the service center fourth time in the warranty period, this is actually a harassment to the customer. Go long way to the service center, stand in the long queues submit the phone, stay without any contact, without phone for days, go back to the service center and again waste time.....
This process is repeated so many times....I regret buying the phone.
