[Resolved] Samsung Hard Disk — Hard disk is not detecting | |
I attach my hdd but it is not detected in bios. My name is mangal , My mobile number is [protected]. I purchased Samsung hdd from Crux computer in wazirpur. I went to replacement my hdd to crux computer in wazirpur. he demanded for Bill. But my bill has lost. he checked my hdd serial number in his computer then he told me to go in mathura road then I went to samaung service centre in mathura road. but He did not recieve my hdd. he said, to go for replacement at crux computer. Crux computer is shop name in wazirpur. My hdd serial number is SODWJ1CP903261. Plz tell me that now how will my hdd replacement. Was this information helpful? | |

For all you folks who are just deceived by dealers and other vendors, It is surprising that no body can do anything unless you have proper bills duly signed and stamped with Tin no. on it. When we purchase computer hardware we are so amused by the things going on around us. Generally, we forget to check the hardware in the shop and thus we find that most hardware doesn't support at our end. So next time you visit to a shop always keep this fact in mind that shopkeepers are just interesting in selling the goods that's it. This is to inform you that I have given my HDD to your authoried service center named SABSONIC in kolkata on 15.02.2010 vide work order no. HDD-12058 for replecement which was in warrenty period, but it has passed almost 2 months and I am not getting any proper response from them. whenever I give a call they says your HDD had not come call after 2 to 3 days. as I am calling them on regular from last 1 month. As you are aware the due to non availibility of the HDD I am unable to work from last 2 months and facing lots of facilitie. Is that I have done something wrong bying Samsung product.
Kindly let me the status of the same and when I will get the same bank so that I can regularise my daily ruting work.Plz tell me that now how will my hdd replacement.
