[Resolved] Samsung Hard Disk — Under Warranty replacement Problem | |||
Sir, Since laast few months I'm trying replacement for my below detaild Samsung hard disks but the authorised service center of Samsung 'Vcare Service' located Shop No. 3, Building No. 1, Vidhya Villa, Old Nagardas Road Andheri (E), Mumbai: 400 069. is not giving replacement of below detaled HDD while we had handedover the faulty HDD. Work order No. HDD Sr. No. Date of Handover [protected] 40 GB 1514jla1505509 05/02/2010 [protected] 40 GB 1514jfl52077 05/02/2010 [protected] 80 GB 1411jlfl311909 05/02/2010 May all above products are under warranty but above said service center is harrasing us so please help us.
