[Resolved] Samsung Home Theater — Remote control
I had replaced my samsung home theater remote control 1 month back. after exactly one month the new remote is not functional. On logging a complaint for the same their service team came and said that you will have to buy another remote as this remote cannot be repaired.In stead he started demanding for this visit charges. Quodos to Samsung company to provide such a good customer service that the products now a days not even last for 1 months.
I have 03 samsung T.V's, one refregirator and 01 home theater, 03 DVD of samsung and trust me i have lost interest in dealing with samsung as the company only claims to be the best in customer service but the ground realities are absolutely way far from reality. trust me i will never go for a samsung product as the trust has gone.question is not about a remote which costs aroung Rs.750 which is easily affordable>But the durability of the product is not even 1 month. the company seems have started making money through such deeds by ofering faulty products which not even lasts for one month.
