[Resolved] Samsung Laptop — Laptop support Team not responding | |||
I have purchased my Samsung laptop before 10 months, and it is still in manufacturer warranty period. I am facing battery backup problem and raised SR with Samsung, but this problem is not resolved yet, while on call they commit to resolve within 48 hrs. my product number is : fzlt93pb400050k I have again raised one SR([protected]) for the same, as the according to customer support executive there is no SR registered against my laptop in their system. Samsung Laptop — keyboard not working
while pressing control key and backspace key its reflecting ++++++++++++ this plus symblos.. plz this is our humble request to solve our problem.and other lot of key board issues are there,++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Samsung Laptop — not working from more than 1 month
I had purchase laptop from House of laptop on 19 july 2010.It's not working from last one &half month.
I gave it to repair on1/10/2010,
still I am waiting for laptop.
