[Resolved]  Samsung Lcd Tv D550 — tv not working within warranty period

dear sir,
i have brought samsung lcd tv la40d550 on 1st april 2012. the tv is having warranty period of 1 year. it has now stopped working and not taking input either entered through buttons/remote. i contacted shop owner from which i took my tv(friends electronics in thane. contact no:[protected] who is not responding to my calls and i have also registered complaint on samsung customer care(complaint no[protected].person from samsung customer care attended the complaint,checked the tv and told that this model is from dubai and will be not repaired by them... i am in deep trouble.please help.....

samsung lcd t.v — t.v. Not working

I bought lcd samsung t.v. On 20/9/09. Once i complained that I have to receive the wall mount which I never received so far. Now that my t.v is not workkng and I contacted the llcal shop from shere it was bought. They never bothered to take my complaint. Ihave no option but to go to consumer court. Please help me in this regard.

I have got An Samsung LCD T.V at SAMSUNG plaza Chromepet in the 2nd Wk of JULY,From 4 th August it stopped functioning.It took a wk for the service personnel to come home.Till now my problem is not solved,nor they could give me a possible date when it will be repaired.complaint no;[protected].
