The Managing Director Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. 7th & 8th Floor, IFCI Tower 61, Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019 I have purchased a LCD TV of Samsung before 5 years. Now it's not work.I lodge a complaint at 26th December(complaint no [protected]),but I could not get any valid response.kindly highlight my problem and solve it as soon as possible. Samsung — TV Repairing
I purchase a new Samsung LCD TV from Metro mall In kolkata. Only 1month past TV is not on. So we call samsung customer care and they receive a complaintof this on 19th October. But they d'not respond. On 23rd October I call again and they said that our executive call you later. but nothing happend. Atlast we call samsung service center on 29th october they said that "our executive will reach there before evening. But nothing happend till date. What should I do. Plz help.
