Samsung LED TV — not yet reached

sir,
i bought a LED TV six months ago.after two weeks it got some problem.so i called customer services. their from kozikkode customer servers. after one week they came and told TV panel got complaint.so they told within two weeks we will give you new panel.....but now it is two months finished.there is no information about the product.so i called them then they told that it will take again one month..so i hope it will be reach very soon..........

I m residing in chennai at perambur. I booked Samsung LED EH5000 46' Tv on January 1 in vasanth & co., at puraswalkam branch. Till today they didnot delivery me. they are torturing like anything that they will say today or tomorrow. Send me feedback sir..
