I Raj kumar gupta, (#525/4 gupta colony, mata gate, kaithal) purchased a microwave oven (Samsung GW-73BD) from Paras Aircon karnal, Model town, karnal. invoice no. - 1206 dated[protected] There was some technical problem, found in that microwave oven. so this piece was deposited at SAMSUNG CARE (Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd., M/s Graty solutions, 234-L, Model Town, Karnal) on 20th june 2011. Now they are not attending any call and also not confirming any status about microwave oven. and it is about 2 months already.
