Sir / Madam, I bought a Samsung mobile handset on 20.06.08 from Mahamaya Agency, Gushkara, Dist - Burdwan, State - West Bengal, Pin 713128.The Model No is SGH - 5600, Battery No is S/N - Q419HS/4-G, Charger No is RT2Q505AS/7, SL No is RW1Q656253V and EMEI / RSN No is 358560/01/065563/8. But I have faced a problem after purchased. The problem is the battery cannot show the full charge. So, I have complained on 16.07.08 in Durgapur Service Center, Prompt Service, Opp. Bank of Baroda, Pashupati Market, Philips Lane, Benachity, Durgapur - 713213, Ph no[protected]/2586858. Work Order No is B5912008. They have received my handset and the battery. But, I am sorry to say that they cannot give me any answer till now. In this situations I am very upset for their irresponsibility. Please take the necessary steps as early as possible.
