Samsung Mobile — Unethical Services By Service Centre | |||
Dear Sir / Madam, ::Greetings:: At the outset let me Introduce myself I’m Abhishek a loyal Customer of Samsung Product since last 4 years. I would like to let you know something very crucial which could seriously damage the Samsung brand Image. I purchased Samsung G Star ( Model- GTS 5233S) From Noida on 03/06/2010 . & on 27/09/2010 I submitted my Mobile to Service Center located in Noida due to some problem occurred in my Touch screen, Camera & Video clarity. & while submitting the handset they handover me receipt where there was tick mark mentioned on the column Scratches on body / Aesthetics, because my mobile Touch screen had some scratches due to Stylus & I was not concerned about that because I had already guarded it by lamination. Now, when I went to pickup my mobile from service centre on 30/09/2010 they repaired my mobile & serviceman handed over the handset to me. When I saw my mobile then I found that outer cover of the body which is covered with thin silver striplines was seriously damaged, it seems that it was replaced with some other hand set. When I objected then Executive of Service centre shown a very rude behaviour on me & told me that in your receipt it was mentioned on the column that your handset had scratches. At that time I realized something which is very unethical going on that service centre. So I took decision not to pickup my mobile handset & I refuse to take it back & took back my receipt . The reason to writing this complaint letter is that I’m your loyal customer & dedicated towards your excellent services since long back. But I could not accept this unethical Services & Behaviour. & I would not pickup my Handset from the service centre till you take action against them & return my mobile in the prior condition. Because now it’s a matter of Ethical & Unethical which is directly associate with Company Brand Image. I won’t go any Consumer court until you take any appropriate action, & I would like to keep faith on your justice.
