[Resolved] Samsung Mobile Phone — Bad Product with Worst service | |
I purchased SCH-F679 handset on 27/01/2009 from Parshwa Enterprise Mumbai. it got switched-off once, and then not able to switch it on. When i took it to the nearest service centre, they said software got corrupted. They did something and return it back to me. My enitre phone book and memory lost/ got deleted automatically. After repairing this, Within a weeks time again it got switched-off, now it is not working. I lodge a complaint online directly through samsung website. but till date non of their representative got back to me. Useless service of samsung India. My sincere advice to all is that no one should buy samsung products. Customer Care will never get back to anyone. Worst company i have even seen. None of his product is good. Sansung is just a 3rd class & pathetic company.
