[Resolved] Samsung Mobile — poor product | |||
I have purchased a samgsung mobile handset model no GT-S5270WRKINS.on 24/07/2012 from Aupam stores Borivali west but within 15 days the handset started with a problem of incoming-outgoing sound problem.I approched the store they sent me to Samsung Service Center. I visited Samgsung Service Center at Kandivali west named SkyCell on 08/08/2012 work order No- [protected]. I asked the center for a fresh replacement as the problem has aroused within 15 days.they said they cannot replace but will get repaired for me.After repair the problem may arise again as it is an Electrical device so I asked for a replacement because if the New handset can arise with a problem within 15 days , what is the guarantee that there will be no complain again. But the Service Center refused and asked me to call the Call Center.I had a talk with Mr.Deepak some senior officer Ref no- [protected] but he refused for a replacement.
