[Resolved]  Samsung Mobile Service — Complaint against Samsung India Mobile reg. my Mobile handset No.SGH-E600 IMEI/SERIAL NO [protected]

I have visited Samsung mobile office, Kalkaji, New Delhi to get my mobile phone repaired as I was facing problem of mobile going hang while using video recording option. There was no other problem other than this in my mobile. On my first visit to Samsung mobile office Samsung officials told me that there could be estimate of around Rs. 500-600 for repair of mobile.
On my next visit to Samsung mobile office on 01.09.2006 to handover my mobile to get it repaired, this time they give me estimate of Rs. 1000/-. When there was no response from the company side. I visited the company office to know about my mobile, this time company officials gave me a fresh estimate of Rs. 6500/- along with a long list of problems in my mobile whereas there was only one problem of hanging while using video recording option. Company might have done lot of experiments on my mobile phone. I think company officials don’t know that the actual cost of brand new mobile of this model is less than the cost of the repairs being charged by the company.
Now more than TWO YEAR have passed but company is not willing to get my mobile phone repaired and handover it to me. This has caused me avoidable inconvenience, mental harassment and cut off me with the acquaintance which has put me to financial loss but management of Samsung is totally indifferent and unconcerned to my harassment and mental torture.
I therefore pray that the company may be ordered to replace the mobile set and pay Rs. 10000/- for inconvenience and harassment caused to me.

dear sir/madam,
my name is ashish saklani, i belonge to dehradun (uttrakhand).I purchased Samsung glaxy core gt-8262, after some time i have faced no power and display lineing problm then i went your service centor (universal technical solution), he say we have changed display and changed mother board 15 days but after some time repet this problm, he says update your software, bt no solved problm, 3 times i have gone universal technical solution, then i go second service centor named is hcl for rajpur road, he opened my phone and he says missing mother board component.and not accept my phone,
hereby Vaseem Thakur, having office at 9B Indira House, 1st floor, , Topiwala Lane, Near Lamington Road Police Station, Mumbai-400 007, due to the change of Samsung Mobile Service Center from 1st floor to 2nd floor our office business is getting hampered. Every now and then Samsung customers just bang in to my office thinking Samsung service center, even they have broke my glass door twice.


Kindly take it as a formal request please put the signage of relocation from 1st floor to 2nd floor. Henceforth if any customer of Samsung barge in to my office I definitely knock the doors of civil department of

This is to book my complaint for non-repair of my samsung Galaxy Core Prime G360H mobile phone.. I had booked complaint with samsung service centre on 28.02.2015 in CHENNAI..

THE PROBLEM IS :- INCOMING CALLS ARE NOT CLEAR. WE CANT LISTEN THE OPPOSITE PERSON CALLING US..

AFTER CHKING THE MOBILE, THERE SERVICE ENGINEER TOLD US THAT THE SOFTWARE IS NOT UPDATED AND SO THE PIECE IS DEFECTED..

THE COMPANY ITSELF HAS GIVEN A FAULTY PIECE TO THE CUSTOMER.
HOW CAN A COMPANY LIKE SAMSUNG CAN DO THIS TO THERE CUSTOMER.??

THEN I BOOKED THE COMPLAINT ON CUSTOMER SERVICE, , AND THEY GAVE ME COMPLAINT ID.NO : [protected].

AFTER SO MUCH OF FOLLOW UPS, , THE SERVICE ENGINEER TOLD THAT WE WILL REFUND THE MOBILE AMOUNT.

BUT STILL WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND, , AND IF WE CALL THEM, , THEY ARE BLAMING TO EACH OTHER.

RESOLVE OUR PROBLEM, , WE ARE STRUGGLING FROM LAST 40/45 DAYS.

Pathetic People in Thane Samsung service center

I had been to the Samsung service center thane, my cell phone was getting heated up and battery was getting drained.

there was mother board issue and i was told that this was battery isssue and he can resolve only if i pay AMC for the next year as my warranty was getting over in an week's time.


he misguided me saying mother issued IF GOT RESOLVED STILL I WILL FACE THE SAME PROBLEM if i will not change my battery and he said he will change my battery and do my AMC in 1400 WHERE IN BATTERY WAS ABSOLUTELY FINE.
HE Just wanted me to pay AMC of 1400/-

My mobile under warranty was not working from yesterday, went to the nearby service center and they said the display got damaged and cannot be replaced under warranty and will have to pay charges for replacement. It is a very sad state of affair as the company is not willing to replace the display even though the same comes under warranty. Its not the money but the way a customer is been cheated is the issue here. Need immediate attention and solution.

My name is sunil kumar from jharkhand.only one service center of Samsung in our district(ramgarh) but it is useless for us.
Yesterday I went there to update my galaxy s4, but they told me that my warranty is over as my phone is of 2013 model, my purchased date on my bill is 7th Jan, 15 then how my warranty lasts.

All they are talking is , I think they didn't know anything
Also I seen that no other customer is there, except me
So request you to change the staff otherwise its not worthy

i have purchased samsung galaxy A5 on 28th january 2016.on the second day it had a scratch in its display and after a month its display became completely blank...service center is not responding..i have paid rs.18000 for this phone which is a huge amount and now company is asking for rs.6200 within 2 months of purchase..i have been using samsung mobiles for the last 7 years but this was the worst experience.take some action or i will have to make an appeal in consumer court
Hello, I am using Samsung mobile last so many years now a days I am using Samsung A2016. So many time I give a complaint / suggestion for a normal changes / facility in your camera software which is useful all of your customers all over the world that please via software updates give a facility of “STAMP FOR DATE AND TIME “ printing on photo we take from Samsung mobile camera. By showing these is very small facility but the facility very useful to all of customer on that time for memories and professional basis in past we use these facility in sony Ericson W580 mobile a non-androids phone.
So, please insert the facility via software updates in your all mobiles. Hope you will grant our suggestion and take earlier action.

Repairs second time, but the problem haven yet settle...I need to change the new one..if
i have purchase a Samsung mobile (SM-j200g/dd)(S/N:RZ8H2163E7T) before 15 days. and i got that mobiles speaker is not working i have late to submit it then Samsung said that it can not be exchange . then they service my mobiles speaker but now after servicing there is new problem arise screen have some issue it has spot. please need to change my mobile because its all parts are faulty. If it will not happend i will never bye thi product or never recommend to any one.

I bought samsung s7 edge 2 months ago, and now my back key n menu key was not working, i showed it in service centre, they said it is not under warranty because water flowed inside mobile, but how ? Loss of GOODWILL – as patient contacting me fone shows not reachable, switch off, ringing, call waiting BUT ON MY FONE THERE US NO ACTIVITY.
MENTAL TENSION.
PHYSICAL TENSION -Occured by not properly work of fone AND MOST DELIGHTFUL BACKHAND TEAM.
TIME LOSS – SERVICE CENTRE 24-26 hours and in CUSTOMER HARRESMENT CENTRE MORE THAN 70 HOURS.
INSULT – Everytime Egineer IMRAN KHAN INSULTED ME and SANDEEP CHOPRA not taken this issue seriously.
FINANCIAL LOSS – Visited AMBEY COMMUNICATION 8 times approx. 12 kms from my reach.
Experience loss – They stolen my PENDRIVE in which 10 years of data was saved.
MISGUIDENCE -1st time engnn says bring cable after sometime after that they deny to change cable.
MISCOMMITMENT – WHOLE DEPTT.

PROBLEM FACING NOW:
HEAT (30%), HANG NETWORK.
CONTACTS again deleted RANDOMLY and AUTOMATICALLY.
Memo to ONE NOTE (copy – paste).
Camera again taken 4 times to adjust about 45 seconds.
Fone again AUTO-RESTART TWICE.
SLOW CHARGING in ever two days.
3 times SCREENSHOT TAKEN but NOT SAVED ANYWHERE.
2 times wi-fi (which is akways on) taken 15 – 22 minutes to connect.

WAITING BY 7/JULY/2016 TILL DATE 25/JULY/2016 now more than 17 days:

Really faced lots of problem with customer care of samsung . Letter written to CEO and their team but not giving any proper reply till date. Their customer care department is useless

I am one of your loyal customer of Samsung Mobile Phone and I am very much satisfied with its friendly use features and trouble free services .
I regret to inform you that I felt very harassed and upset due to circumstances prevailing since past few days .
I purchased one high end Samsung S-7 on 02.08.2016 from Ganpati Mobile, Lucknow, keeping in view my past experience and its asthetic look and feature. While operating I felt some problem with network fluctuation which I reported to your Hazratganj service Center Lucknow. After 3-4 days they replied there is no issue with phone but again problem pursisted and I showed them . On that basis they issued Doa and informed to get new set from Dealer.
I replaced set on 14.08.16 with new S-7 from Ganpati Mobileand found same network problem in new set also. Your service center gave Toll Free no. and I contacted 3-4 times on 16 Aug and finally spoke to Mr Saurabh . Initially he said there is some issue with SIM card or Service provider but then he checked my phone on smart tutor and checked same SIM on another my phone on Samsung A-7 which I am using for last 15 months and found that there is no issue with SIM and service provider and agreed that there are some issue with S-7 only and promised to send engineer at my place at 12 Noon on 17 Aug 16 Vide ref No [protected]
Nobody turned up on 17th, again I contacted Toll free no 4-5 times, they said engineer will visit on 18 Aug, again no one visited on 18th then again I contacted Toll free no they said I am sending your case thru mail to our higher management team but no one contacted me.
On 19th again I contacted your person, he said there is no complaint lodged for site visit till date and lodged new complaint vide No [protected]
For last more than 15 days I am chasing your team and lost lots of energy unnececerly but not getting any proper response from your end . I have changed my both SIM with new one and same SIM works perfectly with Samsung A-7 and hopefully there is some lot is faulty or this Model S-7 is not supporting network . Please advice me.

i have purchase samsung j 7 gold and after 3 months disply automatically disappear then i go service center and camplaint ...service incharge collect and check my phone and say me for exchange ...i agree then he said me sir this process take one month ...i just thinking...and i reply sir please give me temporary phone ur side because i cant wait a month...he said this is company policy ...and finally he not give me phone and finally i m waiting for a month ...and all that again i go service center for collecting my phone...but again he say sir please wait a more 10 days...i cant understand why company ...take time...i m very disappointed ...my side samsung service is poor n negligency here...and at last till today i cant take my phone from service center ...i think what i do...can i enter a consumer court case...for compay i cant under stand...please give me suggestions...from udaipur...
I have a problem on my samsung j7 mobile handset.. so I submitted it at nagerbazar samsung service centre([protected]). one week later then they have asked me to come along with all my mobile accessories &said the parts are not available so they will either refund my money back or replace my mobile within one month...fifteen days later when I called they assure me that the money will be refunded...now when I am calling they are not responding & taking me casually...so pls look after this mater...without my phone work is not going well...
