[Resolved]  Samsung Mobile Service — Complaint against Samsung India Mobile reg. my Mobile handset No.SGH-E600 IMEI/SERIAL NO [protected]

I have visited Samsung mobile office, Kalkaji, New Delhi to get my mobile phone repaired as I was facing problem of mobile going hang while using video recording option. There was no other problem other than this in my mobile. On my first visit to Samsung mobile office Samsung officials told me that there could be estimate of around Rs. 500-600 for repair of mobile.
On my next visit to Samsung mobile office on 01.09.2006 to handover my mobile to get it repaired, this time they give me estimate of Rs. 1000/-. When there was no response from the company side. I visited the company office to know about my mobile, this time company officials gave me a fresh estimate of Rs. 6500/- along with a long list of problems in my mobile whereas there was only one problem of hanging while using video recording option. Company might have done lot of experiments on my mobile phone. I think company officials don’t know that the actual cost of brand new mobile of this model is less than the cost of the repairs being charged by the company.
Now more than TWO YEAR have passed but company is not willing to get my mobile phone repaired and handover it to me. This has caused me avoidable inconvenience, mental harassment and cut off me with the acquaintance which has put me to financial loss but management of Samsung is totally indifferent and unconcerned to my harassment and mental torture.
I therefore pray that the company may be ordered to replace the mobile set and pay Rs. 10000/- for inconvenience and harassment caused to me.

I have a problem on my samsung j7 mobile handset.. so I submitted it at nagerbazar samsung service centre([protected]). one week later then they have asked me to come along with all my mobile accessories &said the parts are not available so they will either refund my money back or replace my mobile within one month...fifteen days later when I called they assure me that the money will be refunded...now when I am calling they are not responding & taking me casually...so pls look after this mater...without my phone work is not going well...

maine[protected] ko j5 prime mobile liya jb maine kuch din mobile chalaya to maine dekha ki mobile ki display ligh billing kar rahi hai maine samsang care me apna mobile j5 prime ki complainte ki thi service center par mera phone jama kiya aur do din bad mujhse kahne lage ki aap ka phone sahi ho gaya hai. Jab maine mobile recieve kiya to maine kuch der chalane ke bad mera mobile ki display light billing karne lagi tab maine unse kaha to bo mujse kehne lage ki abhi iska saman nahi hai tumhe kuch din baad akar maloom kar len aur wo log mujse 1 months se chakkar lagwa rahe hai.

i have purchased samsung galaxy a7 phone worth rupees 27500 and 1 year of complete warranty i have extended its warranty by giving 2100 rupees for this time period i have issue for charging problem and fastly battery os draining so i visited samsung service centre noida uttar pradesh for the same problem but instead of resolving the problem they told me about another problem in motherboard and camera in the phone and estimate of 12000 that problem i have never faced before and after i have received the phone from service centre my camera is also not working.
i request you to kindly resolve my problem and do equal justice to me.

My friend had buy Samsung j7 nxt which recently launched model on 5th Oct 2017 from siliguri reliance trends store. She start using her phone on 9th oct 2017.but when she was using her phone on 10th Oct 2017, its get hang and then phone is not working. Samsung service center at Garia, Kolkata told her that motherboard of her phone is destroyed, so she asked them to replace that phone then they told her that they can't replace her phone because replacement of phone is not done in service center. In that case, they will give her certificate for the replacement which she has to submit in reliance trends, Siliguri.But, she is now in kolkata as she is working in Kolkata.

The main thing is that is this possible without using phone the motherboard will destroyed. My friend is very much fond of Samsung phone but due to this harassment by Samsung Service center and Samsung company she is very much disappointed. So please it's request to please either replace a phone or update the phone as soon as possible. The service center of Garia has already taken the phone from her.Since she is working in kotak mahinder bank of kolkata, so it is not possible for her go Siliguri and replace her phone.
So please take action on it as soon as possible.
Moreover, the person who are working in Samsung center are not doing there job in proper way, they usually harsh the people. If her problem is recovered soon, I will go to the consumer forom.

just now i again got a call from[protected] at 12.24, she too was supporting the currupt thieves and robbers of your service centre .. She too asked me to pay several thousand to repair centre thieves to repair my phone and change all parts of phone and mother board
the phone is i in warranty period today also, and working fine
why should i change the mother board and all its parts ?
. She talked to me on same phone which is flooded with water
there is a problem in charging jack only which costs only rs 400/- only (not even a single drop of water in it)
i think the staff like kajal sharma and mahima shall destroy the samsung company and samsung company shall close

it is abouit 2 months (since[protected] that i am facing harrasment from samsung company
the matter was escalated to kajal sharma ji ..But she too coluded and supported thieves of your service centre janakpuri new delhi (she is hand- in g-love with service centre staff) . Your service centre staff is currupt kajal sharma is currupt
my phone is working fine on todays date . Kajal sharma called me on same phone yesterday from phone no[protected] on[protected] at 18.30 pm and talked to me .
There is a problem of charging jack only
but your service centre staff are not ready to repair it they want lots of money to repair it. (several thousand) they say the mobile is full of water, all parts damaged and need replacement, motherboard needs replacement .
How can a mobile full of water work for a single minute ?, it is working even right now . And your employee kajal sharma is colluding and supporting the thieves of your service centre by telling that the mobile is full of water .
Has kajal sharma checked my mobile ? has any body checked my mobile after[protected]
kajal sharma is destroying the reputation of samsung for sake of rs 400/- (only the charging jack needs replacement)
the set is still in one year warranty period till[protected]
your samsuing company shall close down if your company keeps thieves at service centre and employs kajal sharma like employees who are hand in glove with service centre
requesting immediate response please before i send a legal notice to your company
