Samsung Omnia B7610 — haven't got the delivery of the product to be replaced | |||
i have registered a complaint abt one and half months ago regarding replacement of my headphones. but i haven't got them replaced till date. samsung service centre, ferozepur city is making excuses all the time by mentioning a next date to me of delievery of headphones. i m not saying tht it's total their fault as i was unable to reach the centre at their first mentioned time bcoz of personal reasons. they excused me tht ur headphones are sent back u will get them next week. i just want to know tht is there any fact behind tht excuse because in my opinion the replaced product should be remained with the service centre till the delievery. anyhow leave tht. after tht i visited the centre for almost 5 times, but everydate, i got to hear the next date. when asked abt the complaint website frm them, they made an excuse of having a call with the area sales manager. can u plz tell me tht is there exists any link between sales and service department of your brand. my complaint was registered on 7-9-2010 and my work order number is WA[protected], MY MODEL NUMBER is AAEP433SBECINU. and my date of purchase is 1-7-2010 Was this information helpful? | |||
