Samsung Omnia W — navigation not working

Dear Sir,
I have visited the samsung service centre at Sahid Nagar Bhubaneswar ,Odisha on 03.03.2012 Saturday,bill no:- [protected]. My complaint was my phone search navigator was not functioning properly.I was told the software will be updated and was told to take the handset evening .When I went to the service centre at evening and waited for 1 hour.,after that I was told it cannot be done on monday by 11am we will imform you about it. When I called on 12pm i was told the software download is in progress and by 3pm we will let you know..At 4m I rang back again I was told due to new set the software cannot be downloaded and you came and take the handset back and again we will let you know.
Please provide me the solution what to do and how my hand set will work properly.
