[Resolved] Samsung Refrigerator — Sound is coming from refrigerator | |||
Myself Sanchita. I have brough Samsung refrigerator and it is in warenty period. Sound is coming from my freez and its freezer part is slightly cracked. On Last Thursday(22/04/2010) and before that i made complaint for it on the customer care number-[protected]. My BP No is [protected]. 10 times i made call on same number to send the executive for the servicing but yet no one came.Every customer care executive said that executive will come but no one come.One of customer care executive given the seervice center number-[protected] & [protected].But No one is picking the call on same number .Some times they cut the call when i rang. i am getting frustrated so if i will not get the service, in future i will never plan to purchase samsung product Was this information helpful? | |||

I have made complaint on last thursday(22/04/2010) on the number-[protected]. My BP NO-[protected].After that i made 10 times call on same number for service but no executive came .One customer care executive given me service centre number-[protected] & [protected],but no one is picking the phone on this number.
