[Resolved]  Samsung / Refrigerator — brand new refrigerator not working

sir, i have purchased a brand new refrigerator on 25 may, 2011, and on 28 i have lodged a complaint against it. since than 2 times engineer visited, the last visited date is 5 june, on that day he said that it has to be replaced, since than i am calling dailly to there complaint centre but they are not telling any thing about that.
