Samsung Refrigerator — Samsung do not care about customer complaints | |||
Beware of Samsung Customer Service I have never had a more horrible experience with after sales service as I have had with Samsung. I bought Samsung Refrigerator in month of March 2009, 12 months back all the side racks started breaking in pieces.. I logged the complain 9 months (May 2012) back to Samsung No act on it... When i call them in the month of Nov.2012, They said we have closed your complain without solving ???? They logged in again new complain ( Complain no. [protected]). They are not bother about reason of breaking all the racks.. We keep eatable items into that which can affect our body but Samsung really do not care about it.. Today again when I call them they said again you have to login new complain… Horrible they are… Friends this is my request, Pls never buy any Samsung product in Future On the other Hand, I bought LG smart TV on diwali, they have responded within 24 Hours for any issue and resolved the matter. Hats off to them for managing the customer service so well. Samsung should learn from them else shut down shop so that foolish customers like me (who buy Samsung products) stop suffering in their hands. I have now lost my patience and will take the matter ahead with the consumer grievance cell and the media on how I have suffered with Samsung customer service & products. Samsung Refrigerator — lack of proper response from samsung pune
Dear Sir,After repeated complaints, and assurances, we have not been attended to. The product we have bought is high end refrigerator, double door, with water and ice dispensors, in tune of @ 1.25 to 1.5 Lakh. Better service form reputed companies is expected. Hope we do not have to reort to consumer forums..

Samsung / Refrigerator — Complaint done on 24th & not yet resolved
Dear SirI've bought one Samsung refrigerator last year in June from one of the Samsung dealer Smile store in Kanpur. When the refrigerator reached home & we checked for 2 days there was no cooling at all. The cooling of the fridge was not happening. We complained the dealer & forced him to replace the fridge. Later on he replaced the same but the similar problem we faced with another piece as well. Then on request of the dealer we allowed him to get it rectified at home only. One technician came from their side & repiared the refrigerator (Freezing part). The fan in the freezer was not functioning properly.
Now after a year same prolblem occured. We lodged a complaint ([protected]) on 24th of this month & no one attended the same till now. On contacting local service station[protected] they asked to lodge it on helpline. Then I called up their helpline no[protected] lodged the complaint. They assured me that some one will visit you on Monday 27th but no one came. On contacting local service station they said the area where you stay doesn't come on dialy route. Technician will come only on Thursday as per his route plan. Then after I again called back many time to their helpline but they always said some one will visit you today. Its been 2 days now they are assuring me the visit of the technician but no one came.
It is no where written in the terms & conditions of the Samsung the service will be given to customer as per the route plan of the technician.
I would like the company to bear the loss & pay me the same. As without refrigerator I have to dispose many things which got wasted.Also If possible I would like to get my money refunded I wasted on Samsung refrigerator.
