[Resolved] Samsung Scx - 4601 — Fraudulent restriction on refilling cartridges | |||
Printer SCX-4601 Serial No:.Z4BMBFFSC00032A Printer came with faulty demo cartridge. Also it gave only 360 pages instead of the rated 700+ pages inspite of the fact that we only have some documents and letters. After that, when we bought a new cartridge, the print quality was ok. But when we went to refill it, we were informed that everytime, we have to buy a new cartridge!!! This is very disappointing and we feel cheated, considering that they charge Rs.3,200- Rs.4,000/- for a cartridge. This was not mentioned by the Samsung vendor, in their brochure or in the website. This pushes up the cost of our operation. In the absence of this information from their side it is a unfair customer unfriendly, unethical practice. It is a fradulent and unfair trade practice adopted to milk their customers. I have many Samsung products and I feel let down by the narrow profiteering motive Samsung has adopted. It is a shame that a successful multinational company is stooping down to this level – defrauding the public and somehow ensuring topline and bottomline growth. I have complained to their MD & Deputy MD too. That has also evoked no reaction. I simple wanted a refund of the amount spent by me. Since they are not interested in solving the problem, I'm compaining here. Was this information helpful? | |||
