[Resolved]  Samsung Scx4200 Multi Printer — Scanner not working

Dear Sir

I had purchased a Samsung SCX4200 multiprinter on 22.05.2009 from M/s Computer Proffessional.Link Road,Cuttack.The printer is working fine.But the scanner and copier are not working at all.Several times complain has been lodged with the dealer as well as the toll free number 30308282,but all in vain.I am yet to get any solution.I wolud request you to pls resolve my issue asap.
