I had bought a samsung touch star mobile 3 months back.....The problem of the phone started after two months......Phone is slow to respond to touch stimulus and thereby cant make calls and messages from it ....I request you to take immediate actions to solve this problem as such complaints in future will effect your reputation........so please respond t this complaint as soon as possible..... application are not being supporting in mine samsung star
When we as a consumer by a product with Guarantee, we should get the mobile working ( the software working ) at the same speeed as it was on DAY one..!!
and Samsung is a multi national company, they shuld take immeditate action on it. i myself was planing to purchase this one but now after reading the above complaint, i guess i have to see for an other alternative.

I'm having the same problem. The phone gets really slow when I play a song. The scrolling becomes slow (all tracks), main menu becomes slow. Also, you can't install java games or applications via USB. DO SOMETHING!!! We've paid for the phone.
i am having problem with this phone as just after 4 month its touch is not working and interesting part of it, even in delhi service centre people are saying it would take at least 10 days to get this problem resolved.
I want to know to install the games and other jave themes in Samsung star gt-s5233s touch mobile phone.

my samsung star Gt s5233 is support mp4 file but same file Resolution is more then 320x240 is not working in my phone and say that "unsuppoted media format or bit rate over can possible see 1020x240 video file in my phone.
