Samsung T. V Set — Sold old T.V set as a new set by dealer and due to that no warranty is given. | |||
Sir with due respect, I (Ravi cable Network) bought a one Samsung T.V set from “SABHARWAL ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION in 1-H/42 NIT Faridabad ), Invoice no-1546, TIN no- [protected] dated 16/9/2010 . My T.V set got some snag and stops working properly that’s why I complaint again this problem on 6/10/2009 in Samsung company and complaint no [protected]After few days Samsung Engineer came for visit and checked the slip of bill and T.V set and took T.V plate with him. After four days he came and said that our T.V set is three years old and so that he will not be liable of any kind of guarantee. I went to service center with bill and said that what is my fault in it. I said that I am liable of getting guarantee as it was company criterion. If I don’t done anything wrong so Please caught the dealer who sold the old T.V set as a new set to me I only want my T.V set in good running condition . I don’t have only mistake in that but the dealer troubled me from at least from one month .I have to suffer a wastage of money in travelling to service center and dealer, so that’s why, please take a urgent step against the dealer and service centre as due to this problem I suffer from money loss and mental tension this problem spoilt the name of the company and my trust against the people in the market.
