[Resolved]  Samsung Tft Monitor 153v — Service Centre is too bad.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I had purchased Samsung TFT Monitor 153V in 2003 or 2004. At present this product becomes dead due to fault in its power supply IC. So we give it our nearest Samsung Service Centre at Nasik named Shri Ganesh Electronics.

But after 2 months long period, they didn't make any satisfactory work. We had make them full payment for the faulty part of my product two times, and had spend alot via travelling. But your Service centre didn't make any good work. Then we think to replace our faulty monitor with a new advanced TFT Monitor (Samsung) but we shocked to hear the sounds that they (service centre) told us that in new product of samsung TFT monitor, there is so much problems in its display.

So what to do now. I have spend atleast 4000/- Indian Rupees. If I count some amount in this 4000/- there we can buy new TFT monitor.

So what to do now, reply me soon.

Dear sir,

We are facing problem with samsung moniter. we allready reported to customer care no [protected] & we find a complaint no that [protected] dated 12.09.2009 at 10:45 am & we are allreay per day calling on customer care & foun answer that we r sending our sevice engg today . But till date not come any service engg or not found any call .

Our product with in warranty mf date-01.01.2008 and SR no. pe17hhgql05237z.

What i do? how will be late ?
TOO BAD SAMSUNG MONITOR & SERVICE CENTER.

I have purchased samsung monitor. i found a lot of problems, so i complained to samsung service center in chennat at anna nagar branch. After a long time (nearly 5 month) they gave a new monitor. In the meanwhile i visited the anna nagar branch for nearly 30 times, but no one response well. But now again i have found the same display problems. i make call to samsung monitor service center for nearly 10 times, ring is going on but no one pick up the call. Here after i will not call again. I am totally dissatisfied. I had never found this kind of bad services from any other product.

I need the immediate solution for this.

I had purchased samsung lcd moniter of MODEL NAME- 153V. MODEL CODE-GY15VSSS/XTP in 2005. Recently the image displaying in the monitor is completely red. I had consulted your service centre in DURGAPUR (W.B).They told me that there is a short circuit in the motherboard. Where Will I get a new motherboard.Please advise.

I am very disappointed by Samsung service centre at INDORE. I had given my samsung monitor for repair. First of all they have kept it for 20 days and they dont even update us with the status.They misbehaved.

And worst thing is something that has put a question mark on the credibility of SAMSUNG... They are not able to repair it and THEY HAVE TAKEN OUT SOME PARTS OF IT.. and i came to know about it wen i take it to other vendor. He told me that he can repair it if i will get those parts back..but samsung guys refuse to help us out..

WORST SERVICE OF SAMSUNG...VERY DISAPPOINTING..

Samsung — bad service team

dear all

this is reg mu samsung lcd tv 40 inch full hd.i have registered a compliant on 18/1/2011 service req no [protected] and their service engg have visited my house 2 times and spend 1 hr each also the compliant was forwarded to their technical team as the service engg were not able to close the compliant . till date no one from their technical team has come nor called reg the same and i am left stuck

Samsung — SERVICE VERY BAD NO ONE PROPER ANSWERING

Bought SAMSUNG refrigerator on 4th Apr'12 from CHELLAMANI & CO, kodambakkam, Chennai,Tamilnadu. used only 5 days then not cooling just inside light only on this is the problem then i register complaint 9th Apr' 12 complaint number :[protected] they said before 8pm Samsung Representative will attempt , But no one came 9th not came 10 th not came finally 11th evening 6.30 pm representative came and check representative said COIL is not working so need to change coil i said ok. 12th (today) now 5.30 pm but Samsung representative still not came i nearly call more then 10 times but not picking the phone please help me ..... actually i bought refrigerator juice shop purpose i loss lot of fruits last 4 days but this Samsung people no one is helping .
They are ready to sell the products but not coming forward for Service............pathetic. I am really now pitying myself how I have fallen for this product instead of warnings from my well wishers. Gave continuous complaint calls on a no provided by the showroom people but they are postponing it day after day. PLEASE HELP ME .... PLEASE HELP ME .............

PLEASE LOOK FOR GOOD SERVICE BEFORE BUYING ANY PRODUCT...............Do not buy SAMSUNG products and CHELLAMANI & CO because the service is poor as evident in my case.
