[Resolved] Samsung Vision Plus Tv — Picture tube problem | |||
I have purchased on Samsung TV (Vision Plus model) in June 1999. Till 2008 it was working good. After that red colour is gradually decreasing. We hae given complaint to Samsung customer care. Executive came and some work was done and changes around Rs. 3000. After that is was ok for few months. In 2008 November onwards, picture is coming delay. (ones we starts picture will appears delay, gradually it was increasing the time) Finally picture is not appearing upto 1/2 day. I have given complaint, executive says that the picture tube problem. I am planning to change the picture tube. Please suggested where i can get it and how to proceed. Thanking you very much, if you will give the details.
