Sub; Complaint No. [protected] dated 20.11.08 regarding Washing Machine and subsequent communication with Mr. Ajith

Dear Mr. Ajith,

Ref. our telephone conversation on 3.12.08, on the subject matter, I have kept ready the bill and guarantee card ready to be collected by your office.

The fully automatic front loading Washing machine model P 1053, was purchased from Samsung Authorised dealer M/s. White planet, Ernakulam on 28.1.06. A LCD TV Model LA32R718 was also purchased on the same date and both items delivered at my home at Alappuzha. From the beginning, washing Machine has been showing problems one after another which were attended by service Engineers from Ernakulam in the beginning and on later stage from your office. The last such major repair was done by you last month by replacing the soap tray assembly, to stop leakage of water.

Two weeks later, machine started leaking again and a complaint was registered on 20.11.08 – as Complaint no. No. [protected]. The fault was diagnosed as breaking of washing tub. You have promised to replace the component with in week and failed to do so for reason known to you. It is indeed appreciated your further communication on 3rd December 2008 and proposing to take up the matter with your HQs to replace entire washing machine. As such as per your direction, I have kept the bill ready for you.

In this connection, I would like bring to your notice that, the washing machine claimed by you( Samsung) to be one of the best in the market, could not stand up to its name and proved to be a disaster. I would have taken immediate steps had it not been for my faith on Samsung brand and the flawless performance of my LCD. I had been facing much difficulties due to the constant breakdown of the machine, not alone monetarily but also to the reason for which the machine was procured.

As such, without any more negotiation on the subject matter, I would like to have my washing machine replaced with a new identical machine without further delay. In order to maintain smooth customer relation ship, I hope and believe that you will convince your HQs about the seriousness, importance and consequences of the matter without fail.

Samsung- Washing Machine — Disgraceful service quality

My machine first stopped working around the 18th (dates may not be accurate). It took the service engineer 3 days and over 5 calls from me to fix an appointment. He arrived fixed the problem in under 5 mins and was done.
I asked the service engineer to give it a proper look and was responded to that request with a -Maam I have seen it. it’s done. great. I paid the service charge and done for.
I put in the next load and the cycle didn’t finish. Another call- 3 days later and over 7 calls to take an appointment (TO ENSURE I AM ATHOME WHEN THE MESSIAH ARRIVES)- the service engineer comes in WITHOUT A PRIOR APPOINTMENT. I was at work. he does his job. I called in to let him know that I will be home in 10 mins to pl wait for me. He doesn’t.
I put in the next load and the machine is AGAIN STUCK mid cycle.
I am coping with this through a work day-with kids uniform in wash, laundry that stuck in for days together.
is he REALLY SEEING TEH BIGGER PROBLEM or doing a fix and signing off a to-do for the day.

To say I am frustrated with the service is a gross understatement.
I am a Samsung believer- combi microwave, double -side by side door fridge, ..I am worried if they were to stop working now given your my experience with your service quality.
All I would have respected was a clear direction and time on when the service engineer will come so that I am here. and 2 that he does a thorough job.
each time I was left chasing the call center to chase teh service engineers to come home. and each time i was read a script 'i have alerted so and so and they will be there with you in 2 hours..blah blah..." 5 hours later no one turns up.

Bad service and I am going to town with this information.

my washing machine is semi automatic washing machine and problem is my hydro ceal is breaked and i request to change it so that it work properly .Samsung service engineer Mr. Kundan repair it on 24/03/2010 and give me recipt no 23407 .Now i had same problem in my washing machine due to bad service water goes to electric motor and it start short circuting .Mr Kundan said if there is any problem regarding service than we make free servie with in a month .and now they are not agree to admit their fault .Kindly help me.

Samsung Washing Machine — machine stuck

we purchased a samsung fully automatic washing machine model number WA 80 TAL.
it suddenly got strucked and the machine not working but the timer is running.
we already gave complaint regarding this. we purchased this at S.L Electonics, kakinada.
we hope you will respond quickly.
