Sub; Complaint No. [protected] dated 20.11.08 regarding Washing Machine and subsequent communication with Mr. Ajith
Dear Mr. Ajith,
Ref. our telephone conversation on 3.12.08, on the subject matter, I have kept ready the bill and guarantee card ready to be collected by your office.
The fully automatic front loading Washing machine model P 1053, was purchased from Samsung Authorised dealer M/s. White planet, Ernakulam on 28.1.06. A LCD TV Model LA32R718 was also purchased on the same date and both items delivered at my home at Alappuzha. From the beginning, washing Machine has been showing problems one after another which were attended by service Engineers from Ernakulam in the beginning and on later stage from your office. The last such major repair was done by you last month by replacing the soap tray assembly, to stop leakage of water.
Two weeks later, machine started leaking again and a complaint was registered on 20.11.08 – as Complaint no. No. [protected]. The fault was diagnosed as breaking of washing tub. You have promised to replace the component with in week and failed to do so for reason known to you. It is indeed appreciated your further communication on 3rd December 2008 and proposing to take up the matter with your HQs to replace entire washing machine. As such as per your direction, I have kept the bill ready for you.
In this connection, I would like bring to your notice that, the washing machine claimed by you( Samsung) to be one of the best in the market, could not stand up to its name and proved to be a disaster. I would have taken immediate steps had it not been for my faith on Samsung brand and the flawless performance of my LCD. I had been facing much difficulties due to the constant breakdown of the machine, not alone monetarily but also to the reason for which the machine was procured.
As such, without any more negotiation on the subject matter, I would like to have my washing machine replaced with a new identical machine without further delay. In order to maintain smooth customer relation ship, I hope and believe that you will convince your HQs about the seriousness, importance and consequences of the matter without fail.
