i am sorry to inform that i never expected that i would get such a worst response from this product. i puchased this product in 2005 by a source that it was a good product. to my knowledge, this is the worst product i used so far. it has been a defective piece since when i bought it and the dealer promised that it wont repeat again. as the dealer is from a known source. i had to face the problem from then till this date. the service is so terrible that i cannot even mention. even the response is so worst that i have nothing to say about.
from past 6 months i was facing the problem an d after number of complaints they took the machine to the service centre. after 4 months my product returned to me saying it got delayed. on the best service u provided, it was back to problem in 2 days and after speaking directly to the dealer, it was taken back to the service centre again. after a 2 months, i got the machine back. the same problem again. from past 12 days i am calling the toll free chennai and they are convincing me that they will get back to me in 2 days or 2 hours and it has been 12 days from then. they kept telling me they would be there before 8 p.m and it never happened. overall all these experience 1 thing is sure that i completelt lost confidence on the brand as well as the service too. i will never or ever recommend this product to anybody. samsung washing machine front load — no response from the service centre
as i mentioned in the earlier mail that there was no response in the service. i once again put across this issue so that the action would be taken at the earliest.my complaint number is [protected]. this complaint number is given to me from past 15 days and there has been absolutely no response. there is a limit of patience for anybody. when that crosses, it would get worst.
i am really sorry to tell you that i am so unhappy with the product as well as the service provided by samsung.
