CUSTOMER CARE of Samsung is very very poor. My fully automatic Washing Machine (model- WA 85 VAN) purchased on Dec'08 started making abnormal noise after a few months. The problem was repeatedly intimated to the dealer, local service centre and finally on line complaint registered BP No-[protected] dt 16.09.09. To my surprise the problem is yet to be attended even after three months of registered complaint. Whenever I contacted over telephone, they are giving me dates only but service engr or material is not being turned up. Can you imagine the condition of SERVICE and so called CUSTOMER CARE of such Internally reputed company? Condition of online customer care is worse. If you call on sundays/holiays, no one is available to reply. If a call is answered, they will repeatedly confirm your name address phone number and when you talk about the problem the will TRANSFER the call to the SENIOR. He/she will repeat the process of information sharing and finally you will get another date on which service engineer will attend but in actual no one will turn up on the day. You go on calling again and get new dates. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE. Was this information helpful? | |

i had purchased a samsung machine on 7/05/2011 from QRS statue,trivandrum. but the company technicians didn't come to demonstrate it till now.. QRS staff saying that they do not know the techinician's number to contact them.. this is not a customer satisfying approach... so kindly take remedial actions...61%

Samsung — Very very poor customer care/service
It is really very surprising how can a big brand name has such a poor customer casr. I have purchased a convection microwave from Garia Khosla on 07-APR-2010 (Friday) and it was said that the engineer will reach by Monday to the given address at Howrah who will open the sealed pack and give demonstration of the microwave. Since last tuesday I have been contacting several persons starting from the sales man of garia khosla who have been giving me contact nos of other persons and telling that the next man is the concerned person who will give demo at home. To my bitter experience nobody has yet visited my house. I have been repeatedly calling the persons through phone but not yet got any fuitfull result. It seems that people of samsung are careless. They dont have any resposibility once they sell the appliance and get money.I am not very sure if they will wake up to even read my message.
