We purchased this sandhi sudha oil on 3/01/2012 at Panaji, Goa for my ailing mother suffering from severe arthritis in one knee leg joint. After its application, we observed that she begun getting quiet heavy swelling in her knee leg joint & right palm & immediately stopped its application. We then called up their customer care on 23/12/2012 & were told that if at all we want our money back then its not possible because they said that it has been clearly mentioned in their policy that we need to return their product within 15 days of purchase.
Now please tell me one simple thing, as i said above that my mother is a chronic patient of severe arthritis for the last 12 years, how can such application work on such Patients in just about 15 days? You people only say that if it is of a chronic nature & depending from person to person, the application might as well take a little longer time to show results. Are you not contradicting your won statements?
Rs. 3000/- is not a very big amount for refund, but the question is how do you answer my above querry or satisfy me as your customer?
